Good hotel for one night, rooms are basic and clean. Wifi only in the lobby. Whole ambiance is not very engaging especially the bar area this is just a room with chairs. Staff very friendly and very accommodating

Hi , Ras Al Hadd is far from Muscat , we drove and it took us a couple of hours 3- 4 as far as I remember . I'd imagine it would be difficult and expensive to get someone to drive you there from Muscat. The turtle reserve is about 20 mins drive from Ras Al Hadd hotel and I didn't see any taxis. However they are very nice at reception and helpful , even though they are not great on the phone. They will book your tour to see turtles. Just wondering do you realise there is very little around the hotel? To spend a night or 2 would be enough there.? Hope this helps.
