Location: from Salalah Airport ~ 21 km., it is about 30 minutes by car, is located in the territory of the freehold project Nawana Salalah. Hotel: a three-story sandy white building with turrets and arrow windows. It stands on the shore of an artificial bay of the Indian Ocean. Has elevators. Room: rips off by electronic map, large (~25-30 m2) and bright room with panoramic window and huge terrace overlooking pool and bay. Available - TV, ironing board and iron, very large wardrobe for clothes, mirror, mini fridge, two sofas, chair, armchair, table, huge double bed with bedside tables, torsher, lamps, air conditioning, kettle, coffee machine, tea and coffee sets. Every day they give 2 butts. 0.5 litres of water per nose. Bathroom: combined, equipped with everything you need - bathrobes, slippers, 3 kinds of towels (changed every day), shower gel, shampoo conditioner, lotion, hairdryer, tooth.brushes + paste, brit. machine + foam, comb, shower cap, sewing kit, hygienic shower, ershik, scales. Harvesting is good.☝️Breakfast: small choice, but everything is for a full meal: porridge, muesli, yogurt, smoothie, milk, freshly squeezed orange juice, jams, jam, nutella, honey, maple syrup, raisins, curaga, prunes, seeds. From fruit: watermelon, melon, pineapple, mango, apples, papaya, pears, tangerines. They cook to order - omelets, icing and pancakes, in Marmite you will find hot dishes (alternating) - bacon, sausages, patties. Big selection of pastries. They make coffee, the cappuccino's good. Dinner : on menu - salad, first, second and compote🤣 (dessert : ice cream or cake). There is alcohol, but very expensive - beer 0.33 - 5 OMR (~1250 rubles!☝️Or you can go to the buffet (buffet) at Fanar Hotel and Residences, but take a note from the hotel maitre d'. Two chlorinated swimming pools with comfortable sunbeds. There is no beach, you have to go left, to Salalah Rotana Resort, beach by the ocean (and the bay is still under construction) or right, round to Fanar Hotel and Residences, where there are 2 beaches in the bay and 1 by the ocean. Issue 1 cherry-colored beach towel per map on the nose. No kids, peace and quiet. Total: 5. The staff is fully client-oriented, polite, sloppy and ready to comply with any of your requests!👍👍👍👍Thank you! I recommend it!

The week's holiday at the Juweira Boutique Hotel in Salalah passed in an instant.
We had become accustomed to the great comfort offered by the structure and it was already time to repack our suitcase for departure.
What to say: absolutely positive experience and to be repeated as soon as possible.
The first impact was upon arrival at the Reception on Sunday 31 March: we were immediately struck by the good smell of the rooms and their cleanliness.
At the reception Mohamed welcomed us with his kindness and professionalism who immediately put us at ease by clearly giving us all the necessary information and assisting us with our questions and curiosities: our holiday would not have a single problem. In fact, that's how it was. All the staff, each in their own role, made our stay pleasant and worry-free.
We appreciated the great quality of the Juweira restaurant: food that is always fresh and of excellent quality, well cooked and well presented. The dining room staff immediately learned our tastes and always tried to anticipate our requests. Kind and professional. A special thank you to Magesh for his professionalism, his smile and his friendliness.
Welcoming hotel: comfortable room with balcony overlooking the pool and a beautiful view. Silent, fragrant and always tidy environments.
Special thanks again to Mohamed and Magesh for making us feel at home.
Clean and warm sea. Beach with white sand. A true Paradise.
Super positive experience, to be repeated as soon as possible!!!

The choice of the Juweira boutique hotel was a winning one, because it guaranteed us excellent accommodation. This hotel is located inside the lagoon, in this tourist complex where there are other clubs and hotels.
Lagoon view room, very spacious and comfortable. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel is yet another plus, always impeccable.
For the restaurant service we can say that we have always had breakfast at the facility, while for dinners, we often went to the Fanar Francorosso or the Rotana near us. This possibility of choosing where to dine was also a winner for us.
Finally, the tranquility that can be felt from the entrance to the hall, to the other rooms, perhaps because they are reserved for adults only, was much appreciated upon returning from the beach. We never went to the beach dedicated to juweira, because it was inside the lagoon, and we always chose umbrellas near the Bravo Club, where you could immerse yourself in the open sea. Fantastic bathrooms and summer temperatures contributed to making our holiday very satisfying.
For excursions, we visited Salalah in half a day, and the one in the Dofar valley to see the Wadis (freshwater waterfalls).
Always book with francorosso. In short, Oman conquered and amazed us.

Very cool place! Peace and quiet... the environment is beautiful both inside and outside the hotel. Family atmosphere, fantastic staff. I recommend it to those who want to rest and relax... The island of calm, between the lagoons. The area can be explored on foot or by bike (rental locally), it is beautiful, there are local apartments and hotel complexes built in the style typical of the country. peace of mind. The staff are ALL (!!!) kind, friendly and helpful. I have never been to a place like this in my life where the guest is held in the palm of their hand like this. <3 Thank you for that!
The food is delicious, varied, suitable for all tastes. The service operates in a buffet system according to the request. (half-board or breakfast) The food is served in an air-conditioned restaurant - closed and semi-closed or it can be eaten on the open terrace. It is also available freshly made (made on site - on demand). Room service, late breakfast available.
The rooms offer a wonderful view of the lagoon and the sea. The rooms are also decorated in a traditional style, comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. The rooms have a large terrace or balcony. A coffee maker, kettle, coffee capsules, nescafe, milk powder, three or four types of tea, white and brown sugars, sweeteners and water are prepared and replenished daily. Cleaning, daily, towel change on request, taking into account sustainability. (environmental protection)
The bed is big and comfortable. Where we were, the bathroom had a shower, with a large counter, mirror, shampoo, shower gel, balm, body lotion, toothbrush-toothpaste, razor, make-up remover package, comb are prepared and replaced daily.
A large, spacious wardrobe with hangers is available (scales, iron and ironing board are also available)
The hotel has 2 larger pools, towels are provided for free with the sunbeds. The ocean is 300 meters away. a golf cart can also be requested to get there, but it is also pleasant to walk along the flowery, green shore of the lagoon. The private beach is in a calm bay, where comfortable deckchairs and towels are also free. On the other side of the pier, the more open and wilder beach of the ocean offers excellent bathing opportunities. The sunsets are wonderful and at the end of the pier you can even see dolphins at dusk.
Overall, it is a very lovable place where the guest comes first.
At the reception, they are available for any request, question, or contact, and they try to solve it in a friendly and helpful manner.
We spent very wonderful days in this place with my partner.

The staff on the ground is great.
BUT reservation team is the worst part of this experience for many reasons:
- Not flexible at all with accommodating change date request, despite availability and for the mere reason that they know it is a non-refundable booking and they know you have no other options (I felt they just care about making money and no care for customer satisfaction or accommodating reasonable requests).
- Reservation team mentioned that they offer a complimentary room decoration service at no cost, and then they backed off on that offer as I did not purchase some of their other offers.

The Juweira is for adults only, quieter and less crowded than the main structure, Al Fanar, but with the possibility to access the beach and restaurants of the other resorts. There are buggies and buses that connect the various points of the property and numerous beaches.
The one dedicated to the Juweira is very quiet, with few umbrellas and calm sea because it is surrounded by breakwaters. We stayed from 25 to 2 January and had a very good time. The restaurants offer a varied cuisine but of excellent quality given the number of guests. At lunch they are all buffet style, with drinks included only at the Beach Bar even for those - like us - who had the full board treatment. For dinner there are various à la carte restaurants, Al manara (Juweira restaurant). Aubergines (Spanish or French cuisine) , As Sammak (sea food), Breakers (Mexican Brazilian, what we least liked). Negative note, drinks are expensive (€12 a beer)
The staff is friendly and helpful, a special mention for Rasha, receptionist at Juweira, but especially for Peter, general manager, who gave us many free benefits (upgrade to suite, free full board, access for a day to Privilege beach, later check out and transfer to the airport). Special thanks to Peter also for his kindness and helpfulness, made our holiday beautiful, made us feel welcomed and pampered.
Clear and clean sea, especially when the tide is higher, populated by many fish on shore.

small hotel, all the reception, restaurant and room cleaning staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Absolute tranquility, no crowding, no noise. the added value is the location, close to the beach, close to the Fanar and Rotana hotels, inside the lagoon/marina along the promenade. The Francorosso formula provides that you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant or in the restaurants of the hotels mentioned above. The Rotana beach restaurant is also convenient if you want to spend a whole day on the beach. The quality of the food served is more than good. As for the seaside point, we went to the adjacent Bravo Club beach. It was an extremely pleasant experience.

Arriving at the hotel after a short drive from the airport we were met by Rasha at reception, who deserves a massive shout out, she made our whole stay easy, nothing was too much trouble.
At check in we were welcomed with ice cold coconut waters, Rasha and Mehmet talked us through all the dining options and helped to get us booked into dining options for our stay - first night we went to the Brazilian night at Breakers and we took the complimentary club car over from the hotel reception, the food was delicious however it did feel like there weren't enough staff as they were all out bringing around the skewers and we were left asking multiple times for drinks. For the second night we went to the French night at Aubergine - this was absolutely amazing and recommend anyone to get a table booked for the French night. For our third night we tried the Sinbad restaurant over at the Fanar Residences for Korean night, and whilst the food was equally as tasty as the other two nights it was buffet style and there were times it felt like you were fighting other guests to get to the food - we can't help that as Brits we love a queue!
We were in room 101 which was a ground floor room close to the main pool, overlooking the marina. The room was lovely and we enjoyed being close to the pool and not needing to go up stairs or in the lift to come and go from the pool. The pools themselves were quiet and peaceful, we didn't have any issues finding sunbeds either in the sun or ones in the shade at any point of the day.
Hawana itself as an area is beautiful, with multiple hotel and resort options, we were very happy with the our choice of Juweira out of them all, being adult only, the pools and beach areas were a lot quieter which suited us for 3 days of rest and relaxation. I found a running route that went along the water ways which was a nice approx 4km loop, this was well lit and sign posted and allowed for a nice explore of the whole area.
In conclusion if you are visiting Salalah and want a quite relaxing hotel to stay in i would recommend the Juweira Boutique Hotel and will be recommending it to anyone else visiting the area.

Salalah – Juweira Boutique Hotel : Beautiful vacation!
This compound is beautiful, with a fantastic beach and a remarkable architecture. The Juweira Hotel was just right for us, as it is more quiet and relaxed ( only adults are admitted and also the number of guests is lower).
The structure is outstanding, and our room was very large, well furnished, with a large terrace and a beautiful view.
We were very impressed by the extremely kind atmosphere, and the quality of the assistance we received both at the reception ( Rasha and Hussein were fantastic), and by the quality and responsiveness of the room service (Junaid was very kind and efficient).
We also appreciated very much, and used constantly, the formula whereby you can switch facilities among the hotels of the same group ( Rotana and Fanar). We went regularly to eat at Restaurants of these other hotels, and enjoyed the beaches of the different structures, obtaining the towel service in each place. Often moving from one place to the other by means of electric carts, providing an excellent service, for free!!.

Our stay at this hotel was simply unforgettable, all thanks to the exceptional service and wonderful people we had the pleasure of meeting. A special mention goes to the amazing receptionist, Rasha. She always welcomed us with a smile, ready to assist with anything. She regularly checked on how we were feeling and made sure that everything in the hotel and our room was perfect. Her dedication and professionalism made entering the hotel a pure joy. She is truly passionate and committed to her work – absolutely incredible! The housekeeping service also deserves great recognition, especially Maruf. Thanks to him, our room was always spotless. The beds were beautifully made, pillows perfectly arranged, and all necessary items were meticulously replenished. Maruf always greeted us with a smile and ensured we had everything we needed. He is a young man who knows exactly how to make guests feel comfortable – a true professional. We met housekeeping supervisor and I have to tell that she is such a kind soul, such a beautiful person! I also can’t forget Sadiq, who transported us around the hotel grounds. Always helpful, smiling, and ready for a friendly chat, he made every ride within the resort a pleasure rather than just a routine task. His kindness and positive energy are something we truly appreciated. The hotel itself is fantastic – beautiful, bright, and spacious rooms with exceptional cleanliness, both in the rooms and throughout the property. The pool is peaceful, quiet, and perfect for relaxation, and it’s thoroughly cleaned every morning. The beach is a true paradise – secluded, with breathtaking views, and equipped with comfortable loungers and mattresses.
I will always remember this stay with a smile on my face. Everything was top-notch, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone! This is a place you simply must visit!
