The tiny shower cubicle is not pleasant to try to use but there was good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The room air con worked well and you could also open a secured window in the evening, for some natural cool air. A staging night only on our drive from the Dunes to the Mountains. The hotel complex is attractively laid out around two beautiful pools with sitting areas and outdoor seating for meals. Rooms are spacious, batroom adequate although the shower was quite small. Restaurant also spacious and airy, breakfast very good although I would have appreciated some more fresh fruit. Staff is superfriendly, professional and helpful. The rooms are compact, but well furnished and comfortable. The initial courtyard is great for having dinner, and the outer courtyard has a very nice pool. The staff are excellent, particularly at the reception, where they helped with information, as well as some problems we had. This is a nice oasis from the busy street outside. Nice staff and clean rooms. Only downside was you can hear the neighbours if they talk a bit loud. Nice pool and a nice bar with a big menu. Breakfast and dinner was nice. Big buffe. I recomend this hotel.

This is a good mid range hotel. Very clean and has a good pool and decent pool area. Breakfast was average. Had very good meal one evening, I can recommend the Chicken 65. Well stocked bar. Our room had benefitted from a recent refurb, and it was modern and comfortable.

Hotel is very good one in a nice location @ Nizwa, with decent size rooms and bathroom. Breakfast was basic but very good. Bar is good with decently priced drinks and beers. we had a good stay in this hotel. Mr. Kumar @ reception was very helpful. I recommend this hotel for people who want to stay in Nizwa

Stayed here as part of a Wild Frontiers trip. The hotel is in a rather unpromising location alongside a busy road, but once inside you'd have no idea. Our room in the back courtyard appeared to have been refurbished relatively recently - very well equipped. Good value laundry was much appreciated. Nice pool and bar was good value by Omani standards with excellent service from the barman. Dinner was fine and breakfast very good. Close to suq, fort etc. Would certainly recommend.

This is an hotel with a competitive price. It is the only one in Nizwa that serves alcohol in nice and cozy bar that they have The room are not big but they are functional They have a swimming pool and a small garden area around it The parking is easy in this hotel The staff are friendly I consider to come back

Really great hotel in an amazing town-highly recommend! Location is about 12 minutes from historic town of Nizwa- a must-see destination in Oman. Try to be there for Friday morning cattle market. Hotel is right out of The Arabian Nights. Good rooms with all amenities for a clean, quiet, comfortable stay. Pool area is lovely. Excellent bar and restaurant. First rate in every way-friendly staff too.

This small hotel was an oasis after a day of sightseeing. Very welcoming, clean and a pool for the children. There is a cosy bar with a pool table which provided our large family with the evenings entertainment. A perfect stopover.

We first visited The Falaj Daris Hotel in the 90's when it was only one of a couple of hotels available in Nizwa. The whole place has, and is being refurbished. Rooms were very nice, well appointed and very clean. We spent 2 nights in a double room with ensuite. We used the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner and the food and service were excellent. The hotel is licensed and has a small selection of beverages available if required. Thoroughly recommend the Falaj Daris Hotel for your stopover in Nizwa.

I think this hotel get a lot of things right. The layout of the rooms is very good. Very quiet everywhere and they keep it clean and comfortable. The rooms have a luxurious feel about them and the pools are fantastic. Great place to rest after a long day visiting the many wonderful sites around. I didn't mind the location away from the centre. It is a short ride to the fort and souk. What lets them down is the food but sadly, the food, is what I like the less about Oman, so nothing out of the ordinary there. The breakfast is decent but I found the a la carte and buffet choices for dinner really poor and uninspiring. If they improved their food offering, this would be a fabulous hotel.
