Rooms are fine, clean and good value for money compared to other hotels in Nizwa. The staff was very friendly but the breakfast was quite mediocre. A great feature of the hotel is that it is only a 10-15 minute walk to the much pricier Falaj Daris hotel which has a nice restaurant and bar open to non-guests. Since there... More

I found this place by accident after a GPS short cut! The place is run by Indian lads who are very hospitable and helpful. It's an old building, but very clean and tidy. Bathroom could have done with some attention but the hot water was scalding. The room faced the main road so traffic noise was an issue but this... More

We enjoyed our stay and ended up staying a second night as were unable to stay in our booked hotel in Jebal Akhdar because we didnt have a 4x4 ( dont make the same mistake we did) The staff were really friendly and welcoming and the hotel spotlessly clean. We especially enjoyed the fresh orange juice in the breakfast buffet.... More

The hotel is smack between the ONTC bus station and Nizwa city. It is walkable from the bus but to the city you need to take a taxi. When I arrived they were doing slight renovations in reception. The staff were qlways very friendly and helpful. I found the rooms to be spacious, plain, and comfortable. On the ground floor... More

My friend and I stayed here for one night before heading up Jebel Al Akhdar. It was great value and a good location to the mountain. It's a short drive into the centre for the souq and fort. If you need somewhere affordable and easy to get to then this is the place for you. Plus the room they gave... More

The location is great for us since we have a vehicle. It is right beside the highway. The hotel staff printed us a map of the sights to see and gave us a quick overview. Breakfast was nice, and we had dinner there both nights. Overall, very good value for the money.

The good: -the breakfast is simple but a step above continental. A good start to the day -the location makes it very easy to find and it's about a 5 minute drive to the fort -the rooms are clean and a good size -friendly staff The bad -the location isn't bad, but you need your own transport -the staff is... Stayed for 3 nights. The guest house is located on the main road, near the local fast food restaurant Hungry Bunny. If traveling by car, it is easily accessible. If by bus, you will need to take a cab (less than 5 min) from the Nizwa bus station. Too far and hot to walk. As there are no hotels (to... More

A basic budget hotel which lives up the expectation of one - don't come here expecting the Ritz for what you paid. Rooms clean, breakfast basic but adequate, staff friendly good parking and no issues with the hotel. From what I gather, Oman is expensive when it comes to accommodation so this was considered a good budget hotel. Wifi decent... More
