We had a great stay here on our trip through Oman. The room was clean with an excellent bathroom. Breakfast was good. We didn’t think Nizwa itself lived up to the guidebook praise, but this is a great place to break a journey to/from Muscat.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Far from the city (10 mins drive) and traditional restaurants. Located directly on a highway, easy to find yet not too noisy. There is a nice palm grove behind the hotel. Very basic breakfast, considering the price of the rooms.
