Friendly and extremly helpful staff, great bungalows, excellent service. Especially the beach and the equipment that is provided is great. We were diving in the morning, snorkelling and relaxing in the evening. A great place to stay, highly recommended if you're looking for a retreat.

Had an excellent and memorable stay there mid-June. Splendid location, great bungalow-villas (especially the ones at the beach front) and good service. Special thanks to Franck, at the bar, who entertained us with good spirits (pun intended)! Please make the wifi extends beyond the reception area.

The Isle of Pines was is one of the most beautiful places I have been and the area surrounding the hotel was simply stunning, the coral starts at waist height right out from the beach in front of the hotel and has some of the most amazing and plentiful fish i have ever seen. When we were there the hotel...

This is the best located hotel on ile of Pines. It's about 20 mn walk along the beach from the ferry terminal, barely 5mn by shuttle , it's next door to Nataiwatch, walking distance from Kou-Bugny and Kuto bay. It it tucked at the end of the fabulous Kanumera bay with a strand of coral right in front of the...

This is a little piece of paradise! Although this resort is by no means new and modern, the free standing Bure was spacious and welcoming and the bathroom was practical and spacious. The place was clean, the bed was good, the aircon quite and we had no need for anything more on our 4 night stay. The breakfast was ample...

A very dissappointing experience especially considering the nice location. The bungalows are so overpriced its ridiculous, especially the beach front ones, they offer no privacy yet over $600 a night!!Ours had mould on the ceiling and the pillow cases were freyed, grey and warn and may as well not have had a pillow in them. Cats and dogs running thru...

We are regular travelers to resorts, more so now ones that are kid friendly, being time poor and not reading the reviews we made the unfortunate mistake of relying solely on our travel agent and booked in at the Ourre Terra beach resort. We were informed that there was a kids club, we turned up.... no Kids club. Cabins were...

My biggest regret is we didn't stay long enough! The beautiful Bay and the amazing snorkeling was just perfect. It wasn't over crowded, easy bike ride to see lovely church and landing of first missionaries. Oh and the meals at the restaurant for lunch and dinner were superb. My only wish is for some maintenance on the rooms. They are...

So pity I only stayed one night and I def will come back and stay more days next time. Beautiful resort, beautiful...

Would have been happy if we were paying a third of the price. Stayed in beach bungalo 1 - almost great for the 80's. Backpackers use the beach and hang their washing out front. Dogs roam through and barked all night. Breakfast took so long to get started we had to leave before it arrived - which would have been...
