On the Isle some months ago, picked the right place. Be wary with the Ferry, it can be cancelled. If arriving by air, pick up from the Gite easy to organise, no other way. Bring as much booze and food as practical. Acquire baguettes locally. Very limited selection in the couple of local "shops". The Gite is basic, but clean....

I would not look elsewhere if you are looking for somewhere well priced and well located. I booked a space for camping and brought my own tent and loved the free wifi, clean amenities, beautifully manicured gardens and location just in front of one of the main bays. There is also bbq facilities and electricity points around the campsite as...

We stayed 4 nights at Gite Nataiwatch and really enjoyed our time there. Make sure to inquire what type of bungalow you have been given as some have a kitchen and no bathroom and others have a bathroom and no kitchen. We had been camping previously on Grande Terre and had purchased a camp stove so were able to prepare...

The bungalows are basic but clean. A kettle to make a coffee would be great!! You can not get a coffee or tea during the day. A more substantial division between the adjoining bangalows would help the privacy. The restaurant is not fantastic but quite good and the breakfast again is very basic. But it is the location what makes...

We enjoyed this perfect location for 4 nights in a traditional bungalow. As a family of 4, we followed the manager, Nicolas, advice and booked attractions from the gite: car, pirogue, bike... We are French / Australians and I was pleased to see that we, French, can still be best when it comes to hospitality. Loved everu moments

It is well recognized that the Isle of Pines is an expensive destination, but the Gite presents a reasonably priced value alternative. The facilities are well shaded and close to two of the most beautiful beaches on the island. The bungalows have two rooms and a bath. One double and one single. Small fridge. Basic, but adequate. Veranda in front...

We stayed here at the end of a 6 week trip in N.C. It was a pleasant place to relax. The rooms (bungalows) are clean and quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful. The nearby beaches are great and the fact that there are 2 means you can always find someplace out of the wind. Grocery shopping on this island is...

We stayed in a traditional bungalow for 5 nights in July 2013. The resort is well located - close to both kuto and kanumera beaches and the bungalows are charming. The traditional bungalows have a small kitchen consisting of a gas hob and fridge. Unfortunately there was no hot water to the kitchen sink. The bungalows were serviced daily with...

I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by Gite Nataiwatch. As requested, a shuttle bus met us at the airport, despite our planes time being changed (check your emails as the planes times can change radically and the update will be emailed to you!). Despite arriving early, our accommodation was ready and consisted of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom/toilet....

My partner and I stayed at Gite Nataiwatch for 3 nights in April of 2013. We had a wonderful time on the island and the Gite was an affordable place to stay on what is a very expensive island! Upon arriving on the island on the ferry Betico2, we were greeted by Nataiwatch staff to drive us back to the...
