The hotel was in a great location; we could see the ocean and enjoy a great sunset from our bacony and also from the roof top sitting area.
It was also very convenient to take a long strall by the sea and also walk to good restaurants.
The room was spacipus enough for 2 people and there was also access to a small fridge close the room on the parlour. The inner court allowed safe parking.
Breakfat was included in ths price and it was a good Breakfast mostly catering to European tourists.
All in all, it was a good place to stay during our two days in Swakopmund.

We stayed here for only one night, and we wish we had done more. The hotel is extremely well located, just feet away from the waterfront and within walking distance of the city's major sites and restaurant. The room was very comfortable and stylish. We had a balcony the looked toward the waterfront, which was a nice place to sit and relax. We also appreciated the outdoor spaces in the hotel (the rooftop patio was particularly lovely). The breakfast was delicious with many options for food. The parking was also great, and we appreciated that some spots had outlets where we could plug in our car's refrigerator overnight. All in all, an excellent spot to base yourself from while in Swakopmund.

My husband and I spent 3 nights here in room 4 overlooking the jetty and ocean. If you are looking for clean accommodation with a sea view and in an excellent location to the centre of town, jetty and promenade, look no further. I cannot comment on breakfast as we didn't make the 9am breakfast but the service and hospitality, venue, location, room, secure parking, affordability and ambience was excellent.

Rooms are very small and extremely dark. The courtyard is a parkinglot. The rooms have concrete floors, so you hear every movement. The breakfast is lousy. Lots of fruits, but made out of plastic! Order an omelet, but I got something scrambled.

It may be right to put into 3-star accommodation to this hotel but my personal experinece should rate the hotel below average. My tour guide recommended several hotels in Swakopmund before we left to Sossusvlei. I picked this hotel because it's near the ocean and the downtown as well.
Now the problem started.
I had made a reservation for two consecutive nights instead of two seperate nights with a no stay between them. I asked my special request through the booking portal and made an international call to the hotel to say what I wanted. The lady said they were fully booked on our second stay but she thought it would be OK to keep it as it is because there's always been some cancellations. When I arrived the hotel I was told that my request was accepted and there would be no problem at all.. Good.
When I returned from Sossusvlei tour next day, however, the receptionist told me that the hotel was fully booked and no rooms available for us and told me that I had been charged for two nights of accommodation already. We had to wait long with frustration before they comprehend their internal miscommunication and refund our second night payment and trnasfer to the nearby hotel. Cann't say it a good management.
Hotel is basic, spartan. The so called partial sea view means you can see the sea when you go out to the balcony. The breakfast was mediocre might be due to a big group of German tourists.

Travelled with a friend and this hotel was booked as part of the 3* hotel package. It’s a great location but it is a 2 story motel with parking in front of the ground floor rooms. Rooms are basic, outdated. My room didn’t have hot water and it seems terrible to run the water for 15 min trying to get it warm (which didn’t happen) during a drought.
The breakfast was good with a nice variety and eggs/bacon could be ordered. Staff were helpful.

This place is very well located to explore Swakopmund by foot. We left the car all time at the secure parking in the patio. Our room was recently renovated and refurbished with taste. Also the bathroom was very nice with a large shower and very hot water. Due to lockdown we could not eat at restaurants. For dinner we got take away from close by restaurants and could eat it on the tables and chairs in the patio.

Check I was simple and staff attentive. The views from room 4 are amazing and the room inside is tastefullly built and decorated. We have stayed in Swakop several times and this is the overall best location. You can walk to most places and the sea breeze is refreshing

I stayed there on the night of 6th and 7th march. It was a very comfortable stay and it is conveniently located near the jetty where there are nice restaurants. It is also well known to shuttles and tour groups. So my pickup and drop-off was good. On the last day when I checked out i.e. 8th March, I had 4 hours before my shuttle come to pick me up. The Receptionist was kind enough to let me watch television at the bar and it was there where time passed so quickly. Excellent accommodation and service.

This hotel is a moder and nice hotel. We stayed in the new part an it was good. Some of the rooms is overlooking the ocean, we had also a balcony. Free Wi-Fi all over the premises and free garage is available. Good breakfast. One plus is that it a short walking distance to several restaurants and especially The Tub.
