We have accommodation with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen for us 4. It is clean and very quiet. Warm welcome.
Each room and apartment are independent with their own entrance. There is parking right in front of the boarding house and is guarded day and night.
The property is 5 min walk from the sea and less than 10 min from the pier.
Breakfast is suitable with live preparation of eggs and bacon

Have been staying at this property again after many years and it did not fall short on my expectations.
I knew that this place was a very basic Bed & Breakfast place (hence the word "Hotel" is a bit misleading), but it has a fantastic location, very reasonable rates, well maintained rooms and gardens, nice staff and a very good breakfast with (for me) perfect quality coffee.
The rooms have no TVs. The Wifi sometimes fails, but comes back on again quickly. What I also liked was the free, guarded parking in front of the hotel, and a shared Kitchenette with a huge fridge for everybody to use.
They also offered free safes near the reception.
And last but not least they offer very inexpensive, but quality wise good laundry service.
To round it up: It is nothing more than a B&B, but with good rooms and nice offers and service! If you are not looking for top notch luxury, then this place is for you!

The room we got unfortunately did not convince us, despite beautiful views from the balcony. Somehow we could not define the smell that permeated the room, but it was definitely very annoying. There was the possibility to make a tea, only that the tea bags and the rest were so dusty that I really wanted to step away from it. All in all, very loveless, nothing to feel good about. The breakfast was excellent, in a rather uncomfortable breakfast room, but if only half as much effort would be put into the rooms as at breakfast, then it would be something.
Almost everything is within walking distance. A guarded parking lot is right in front of the hotel.

We enjoyed a delightful tennis weekend just opposite the Swakopmund tennis courts at the Mole. City center, restaurants and the beach two minutes walking distance and we enjoyed a wonderful view of the courts and ocean from our balcony. The staff and management were friendly and helpful and the breakfast delicious with a variety to choose from. Good value for money!

The management is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are lovely, the view is outstanding. The food is delicious. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. They have the most beautiful cat too. They have Wi-FI but not in the rooms, that is the only thing that needs improvement.

What a great find, really great place to stay and brilliant staff. Walking distance to everything and value gorgeous money. Even the cat is the friendliest landlord and “inspector” I have ever met ! The staff was very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend this place

A very nice place to stay. Right in the center but very quiet. The owner and staff very friendly. Very tasty breakfast (the lard had done it to me). If we come back to Swakopmund we will gladly book here. LG Katrin and Frank

The Hotel is well situated near the centre of town and is relatively cheap..so OK ..suppose if your'e nt fussy....well. But being on Holiday calls for a pleasant and refreshing surrounding, anot a place that you leave feeling depressed! Hey..everything about this so-called Hotel hails from the sixties!..Faded linen, grubby carpets, frayed towels.......and man oh man.."was that a flea?" OK ..so if had been retro..that would have been a different cup of tea. At breakfast one got the idea you were being rashioned...black looks when we asked for another "Brotchen"!
Definetly one of the "lows" of our Namibia trip where we were otherwise fascinated by this country and what it has to offer.

We stayed for three days during December holidays and was pleasantly surprised at the value for money we got. We had the family room, it had a sea view and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast which was included in the rate. Friendly staff, helpful management and a hotel which we will visit again.

This hotel is clean but many of the rooms are very small. We were in a large room in this hotel. The electricity in our room went out around bedtime. We could not find anyone to assist. We found a number to call after much searching and were told that it would be dealt with. The power did not come on until the next morning. The next morning, we were told by a very defensive young woman that she had switched the power on the night before. We assured her that it had not come on until that morning. The food was good and the beds were comfortable -- an average stay except for the problem with the power.
