Boathouse was an awesome experience. Especially the rooms, I love the space. But the best part was the beautiful bathrooms. The service was very good in general. This is a must see/go. Nice breakfast as well. It was also very neat, from the minute you step in, everything is very tidy & clean. I'm not sure about the directions on your way there, maybe they should put up more directions on getting there. Thank you too all staff for your friendly service.

I booked the Boathouse for my in-laws, me and my husband and parents. We had lovely spacious and comfortable rooms with a stunning sea view. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Sakkie was very hands on and sorted our leaking sink in no time. The breakfast is tasty service is always with a smile. We were allowed to use the lounge and kitchen area and store some of our food in the fridge in freezer. So it was very nice being able to prepare lunch and dinners.
The only gripe I had is that all guests are allowed to use the lounge and kitchen and invite friends over. On our last night a fairly big group of around 8 people joined a couple booked in at the Boathouse for a late braai. They were rather noisy with their loud music and running and shouting in the lounge. They also left a mess in the kitchen for the staff to clean up, hence the slight delay for our breakfast the next day. But I addressed it with the manager and he advised that they would attend to these guests.
The Boathouse has a lovely location and right at sea. We just found it a bit tricky to find the place. Directions will be great for those who are not familiar with that side of town. It was lovely to just walk out 100m and be at the shore. The place just needs a new lick of paint as the ocean air can be quite harsh on a building's exterior.
But overall, we had a lovely time at the Boathouse and the sunsets are just amazing from the kitchen and lounge area.

Everything about this hotel was great: warm and beautiful rooms while outside is cold. Tasty breakfast, friendly staff and a perfect location! The bathrooms have bathtubs, big enough for 2🙈🥰 No more than 50meter distance to the beach. I had an easy and confortable stay. Definitely would recommend this place to others. 10/10

The accommodation was stunning all rooms overlooking the sea. Our bedroom was magnificent with more cupboard space than you could ever need. The breakfasts were fantastic and as were the the only ones there we felt like we owned the place. We will be back.
