As a family of five we stayed in the large appartment for three nights. We liked everything, location, very friendly staff, great breakfast... But the biggest asset is the management: Christiane helped us organize just about anything, trips, restaurant reservations, laundry service, next lodges... A real home away from home.

There was nothing really wrong with this guesthouse and breakfasts were excellent, however we felt that it needed some TLC. There were parking spaces and an overnight guard. It is only a 5-10 minute walk from the beach.

What a lovely place to stay. You don't just only smell the sea, but the rooms have a beautiful beach house look with crisp clean linen and a tranquil garden. I've been there for business purposes, but I'm sure it will be a great place to go for holiday as well as it is close to town and great restaurants.... More

We spent only one night. We were in the room directly across from the lounge main office dining area. The room was very clean and nicely done but the French doors which were the main source of light and ventilation opened onto the main courtyard throughway. This meant we had to keep the shades completely closed for privacy. Happily there... More

Staff were overall helpful. The location is in a rather ugly corner. They were kind enough to stop the construction so that we could rest one afternoon. Breakfast was just OK (horrible pseudo-orange juice!). There's not much to the town to be fair, so this place stands out for its very pleasant decoration on the common areas (not so much... More

Marine theme can be a bit overwhelming, but overall ambience clean and fresh, excellent breakfast and the owners and staff charming and helpful. Good location, a bit out of town centre (only 5 minutes walk) and quiet with decent parking

Stayed here two nights and really enjoyed it. The owner and her staff were incredibly friendly, and she was very helpful in restaurant and tour recommendations / bookings. Everything about this place, from the rooms to the restaurant, was clean, spacious and had a sleek feel. Stone cobbled showers, trendy outdoor seating, varied but personalized breakfast array, we felt very... More

We stayed here for 2 nights during our Namibia Tour. We were really happy with the accommodation - our room was very clean, the breakfast was amazing and the manager was very helpful (she helped us booked dinner for both nights as well as a living dune tour - which was amazing!). There were a lot of nice touches and... More

The Guest House is superbly run - clean seaside rooms and a great breakfast. Also good peace and quiet and parking. The big plus on this visit was that we had car problems with the hire car and the manager organised Avis, got them out with a replacement vehicle and allowed us to enjoy our day in town. Thank you.... More

We stayed just one night in this cute little guesthouse. The room was large and airy, the food great and the town adorable. Three of us made the journey with our guide, Philip of West Wind Safaris and this was a quick stopover. The town of Swakopmund is well worth the visit and this guesthouse made it an added pleasure.
