At Meike's guesthouse you feel right at home. This guineafowl themed guesthouse is the perfect place to stay for a relaxed visit to swakopmund. Meike and her staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. They will give you all the information you need to make your visit to Swakopmund a great succes. They will even make restaurant reservations for you. The breakfast in the morning is has a wide variety of fresh ingredients. The rooms are large and clean. Don't look further, you have found the best spot in Swakopmund.

Super Guesthouse with very friendly and helpfull owners. We stayed there (family of 5) and we received very nice, clean and large rooms. Very good breakfast. Large secured parking area. We are in walking distance from most of Swakopmund places. Meike is very helpful for excursion organisation and any other needs that you might have. We would go back with pleasure.

For our first stay in Swakopmund we choose Meike's Guesthouse. The whole staff was friendly. Questions were answered immediately. Reservations for activities and restaurants were handled by the Guesthouse. The family apartment was large and very clean. We will definitely come again.

We highly recommend this place! the location is perfect and the breakfast really good. the owner such as the staff is absolutely friendly and they help you with the organisation of activities and have really good recommendations. we definitely be there when we‘ll be in namibia the next time. :)

Good place to stay in Swakopmund. Meike and the other staff are incredibly hospitable. The room was standard and clean. We could park the car safely inside the gate and operate it ourselves by remote control. Breakfast is very tasty and diverse. Location is very good. You can walk right into the center. Wifi is moderate. We enjoyed our stay here.

Meikes Guesthouse is well known to us. We always felt warmly welcomed, enjoyed the rooms decorated with lots of love, the beautiful garden corners and, of course, the very good service and breakfast. Coming to Swakopmund will always mean to stay there.

We enjoyed our two-days stay very much. The guesthouse is an ideal place to explore Swakopmund. The owners were extremely helpful from the first e-Mail contact to our departure. We had a nice, clean, bright family apartment . Breakfast was excellent, made you think you are in Northern Germany. The owner booked for us a table in „The Tug“ for dinner, which I would absolutely recommend. The guesthouse is a great place to stay when visiting Swakopmund.

Auch wenn man sich inzwischen an so einige Regeln, etc. gewoehnt hat, wird auch 2021 sicherlich noch viel Gelassenheit, Geduld und Zuversicht von uns verlangen.. Beforehand I was a little skeptical about Swakopmund. But it was very rewarding. The enthusiasm and helpfulness of Meike and Klaus certainly contributed to this. Excellent rooms in a nice fresh garden. Everything in the city within walking distance. And also in this Covid time a safe and varied breakfast buffet

Family appartment with large rooms, good beds,... Extremely neat, beds were daily done. Extended breakfast with many choices. Owners are very nice and helpfull. Great advice for activities and our road to Grootfontijn. Excellent for our 3 days stay.
