Great location within walking distance of most restaurants and town centre. A big treat is the breakfast outside your room on your patio every morning. Well managed guest house with friendly and considerate staff.

This is a good B&B, well positioned for exploring Swakop. Breakfast is served on your own decking at a time of your choice, with plenty of variety. Rooms are comfortable, with large bathrooms and plenty of facilities. Parking is off-road, rather than behind closed gates, but the night time security guard is alert and efficient, so your vehicle is safe.... More

We recently visited Namibia for a couple weeks and stayed two nights at the Brigadoon B&B in Swakopmund. This property is functional boutique property that is well located just a few minutes walk from the town centre area. Our reservation was made many months in advance through the travel agent we worked with, Discover Namibia Safari & Tours, who recommended... More

In response to the above, mixed bag, Brigadoon B&B in Swakopmund would firstly like to thank The Reynolds couple from the Netherlands for frequenting our lovely establishment, and for some very positive comments and praise. We tend to not only be the best, but try to please, and do take all positive and negative comments as a learning process. The smaller... More

We stayed at Brigadoon for two days between trips to bush camps, which was a nice contrast. The front office staff was very helpful & provided an early breakfast so we could make our dolphin cruise in Walvis Bay. Rooms were nicely appointed and had a heater for chilly nights. We enjoyed our second day breakfast on the veranda in... More

Brigadoon feels more like a hotel than a guest house. Everything is very well organised. 10 min after arrival we already had arrangements for our 3 day stay. Tour bookings, reccomandations, info brochures - the reception offers everything. So does the room which is provided with everything you need. We really loved our room and the terrace, but there was... More

Spent one night here whilst touring Namibia - we found it basically clean, secure and comfortable -excellent location for coast and shops - the breakfast was good- remember that guest houses don't provide evening meals however there were plenty of adjacent places to eat

Brilliant staff, gorgeous rooms! Absolutely fantastic and the breakfast was amazing!!! We found the staff really looked after us and nothing was too much for them. The rooms are quirky with tasteful decor. Only small gripe but we had this everywhere in Namibia is the lack of a double bed when a couple! Really enjoyed our stay though! Thank you!!

We are very grateful to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us in Swakopmund. I am sorry that we didn't have a double bed for you as all our beds are two singles put side-by-side to form a double bed. A lot of B&B in Namibia do this as majority of guests are two people but not couples. More

I was sorry that I only booked one night at Brigadoon. It was excellent. Great breakfast on your patio. Walking to distance to town, beach, restaurant. Our flight to Sossusvlei was delayed due to wind and sand. The lady in reception took it upon herself to organise for us to stay after check out time, without additional charge. Definitely will...
