We stayed in this hotel for two nights as part of a package tour. We were given the apartment on the third floor which is a very spacious room complete with desk, sitting area, TV and DVD player and kitchen so you can do self-catering if you want. Note though that no tea towels or dish washing liquid was available....

Nice location in the medina, breakfast at the top terrace. Friendly service. Nice room. Maybe it is near the sea, it is humid. The hotel provide a small heater, if it is cold. You could use it. This is the only hotel provide this during our 11days in Morroko.

Riad Al Zahia was well located inside the medina, we had easy access to everything from there. The room was nice and clean, nice bathroom too. There is a nice rooftop terrasse where breakfast is served and where you can also order drinks and snacks during the day. The staff was always nice and polite.

The host is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and nicely furnished. The riad is simply amazing - located in a quiet part of the medina, near the sea, with great views on the ocean from the rooftop terrace. The breakfast and the coffee were delicous. We would recommend it!

Good location, semi helpful staff. We were told we could pay with a CC when we checked out, then the morning we were leaving the english speaking manager was not there. The clerk on duty had no idea what to do and we had to run to the ATM for cash, causing us to almost miss out bus. The breakfast...

Great Riad, located within the old Medina, walking distance to the beach and surrounded by local shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean and spacious with access to free wifi. Breakfast was served at the roof top which gives you a great opportunity to see the city and the ocean from the top.

A peaceful riad in an excellent location. The riad was not very busy when we stayed so it was very quiet. Rooftop terrace was lovely but after 1st day the bar was closed, maybe because few guests. Room was nice size and decor but bed not the comfiest. Breakfast was typically Moroccan, pastries, bread, yogurt and jam, plentiful supply.

The people at the Riad have been nice and friendly and the room was big and always tidy. The best thing was the breakfast on the cafe sunset-(AMAZING) It's as well at a good place where you can go quickly to the beach or if you want to go shopping just open the door.

Quiet respite from the streets and alley ways. I had gotten a little bit of a stomach bug in Marrakesh and was looking forward to checking in to this riad. It's nice, but keep in mind it's no 5-star hotel, and you're not paying for one either. The floors weren't squeaky clean, and the bedding was a little rough. Normally...
