We agree with all the previous reviews, this is an amazing place but unfortunately the room we were allocated (6/7) was very disappointing, despite being in the top price bracket as it had a sea view it was small, basically furnished and overlooked a load of rubbish, it was also extremely noisy (seagulls, traffic etc). This was a real let...

Nice artwork. Central location next to Medina and harbor. Some rooms have views and/or fireplaces; ask for these rooms.

I am confused by the mixed reviews I have seen of this place. We had no problem finding the place. It is quite close to ocean and some of the rooms have a good view of the harbour. Our room was right at the top and kind of small but was very romantic because of the small window that overlooked...

Here is our opinion about the Villa Maroc. The Villa Maroc easy to find and in the heard of the medina. The first impression was very positive, it's a beautiful place. The staff was very nice and made everything to make our stay as nice as possible. The room was very spacefull, clean and well arranged. The people in the...

We stumbled upon this hotel, looking for a place to stay that overlooks the ocean. We did not have a reservation but this hotel did have space to accommodate us for the night. If I had planned better, I would not have selected this hotel. Our standard room was small, no view, and while there was good ventilation, we suffered...

At check in I was shocked to learn that dinner on the nite of arrival is required. It wsas of adequate quality but better food is available nearby. The rooms are lacking in telephones, TV,reading lites and the WiFi does not reach maost of the rooms. The charming pictures on the web site are NOT a fair representation of the...

Arguably the best located guest house in the medina. We were warmly greeted by staff (our 6-month old likely contributed to some of that) and shown to our well appointed rooms. Some reviews had complained of the cramped and maze-like stairwells - while this is true (the hotel is made of of 4 adjoining homes (riads), I would point out...

Wonderful hotel - right down to the hotwater bottles on the bed at night as it was a cold time. Lovely lovely big suite. Feeling of non-intrusive eco-friendliness but not at the exense of beauty and luxury. What a marvellous time.

We stayed at the Hotel in March 2009 for 1 week. We were in Essaouira and at the Hotel 10 years ago and we came back as we wanted to see the place again and experience the new Mogador Golf Course under construction. I have been travelling around the world for Business for more than 10 years and I spend...
