I stayed at this lovely Riad for a whole week, and had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. It’s quite a special place, with gorgeous traditional decor and furnishings. My room was beautiful, very clean, spacious and quiet. It was also very affordable compared to other similar

We stayed here for 7 nights. The owner is a delightful and helpful lady who arranged a car to meet us at the airport and a 'barrow boy' to carry our luggage and guide us through the narrow streets to the Riad. The Riad is tastefully furnished in the traditional style with a

Me and my friend stayed in Essaouira for two weeks in which we have seen quite a couple of Riads of which Jade Mogador was certainly the best. We stayed there for nine nights and would have stayed longer if we would have had more time. The Riad is cosy, clean, perfectly located,

We chose this Riad because it looked nice in the pictures on Booking.com and on their website. Don’t believe those pictures or indeed the glowing reviews on here. The room was tiny, we booked a twin room and we were literally on top of each other. See photos. No light in

This riad is very charming. It is better in person that in the pictures I saw online. The staff made you feel at home and are very hospitable. The rooms are spacious and clean. The rooftop terrace has a nice view of the city and the ocean. Certainly would stay again.

"The top floor is great but the stairs are difficult, so you should consider this when asking for this floor. All rooms were well appointed( I got a look at most of the rooms during the stay) Eastern rooms are larger, Northern rooms are more cosy."
"Ask for a room at the back or side. Get a Barrow boy to take you there, it can be tricky to find if you have never been"
"Our first floor room was airy (Americans would call this the second floor). The steps are twisty and reasonably steep - fine is you're able-bodied - but might be something to consider if your room is on the second, third or fourth floor."
"We stayed on the third floor with windows that opened out onto the Rue Annasar below. There's not an adress number or sign on the door, so when you navigate your way to the street look for a big door with a stained glass window to the right. Just knock on the door. I'll post a picture in this review so you can recognize the door."
"Check water is hot in the shower."
