- The strong sewage smell was very annoying - The house maid not very nice, no smile there - We were requested to pay in advance, which is very uncommon in Morocco - There is no website, and thus no map - We had a shared bathroom

Before we left we put our luggage on the ground floor to go out for an hour. During that time 800 Dirhams got stolen from one of the bags. Since the Euros were left inside, we figured it must have been one of the house maids. However, delicately addressing this issue to the owner, we never received an answer. To... More

À 968121460 You accused us of writing a book that Booking.com has nothing to do with "it's called" stealing money !!! and you want us to answer you fairplay !! To be sure that the money was stolen from the Riad! it had to be checked before leaving the riad, this is the first thing. The second thing! we can... More

It is very difficult to figure your way out if it is your first visit as there is no signs to guide you on what way to take. Even maps applications get lost in essaouira's narrow alleys so search "MOHAMED BEN ABDALLAH" street and once there look for the alley that has BOB MUSIC panel on its entrance, the riad... More

We stayed 3 nights in the 'honeymoon' or Albatross room in this charming riad - the room was beautiful, with a four poster bed and big window. The bathroom was shared with one other room, and needs a little touching up but was fine for us. The owner of the place, George, was great company and very helpful, allowing us... More

Location in Medina, not enticing exteriors, but very nice and traditional interiors... Another good things - tasty and quite a rich breakfast (but not fruit or yoghurt). Kind "boss" George from France. The biggest problem? Shower and toilet not in the room - but Booking.com/owner advertised that!!! Incomprehensible. We are young, but... If we will know that, we will choose... More

Just for the service I suggest 5 out of 5. The owner is extra helpful and responsive (and also very funny). You really feel welcome at his home. I would say the best service in Morocco so far. The breakfast is nice and you better have it on the roof top.

Cool french dude owns and runs the place. It is clean and he is very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is nice and they stay is cheap and pleasant. It is located in the medina close to beach, shopping and restaurants. The rooftop is nice for a beer and relaxing.

The place is great, the rooms are beautiful, the terrace is very cosy and, overall, the people is fantastic. The lovely couple who regent the place, Ibrahim (George) and his wife were very helpful and friendly. We booked for one night to head to Oualidia after but we stayed two nights instead as we loved it. Essaouira is a really... More
