Very friendly owner from Senegal at the reception who gave us tea with cookies upon arrivel, gave us advice about the city and asked if we wanted to stay for dinner for a good price. The room was beautiful, that also goes for the archirecture of the inside garden/atrium. Roof terrace with a superb view. Nice breakfast which is only...

My boyfriend and I just stayed here for 11 nights, hoping for a windsurfing holiday however were unlucky with the wind. This friendly, relaxed riad helped to make up for it. We were upgraded to a large room, which had a very comfortable bed, a clean bathroom and a good shower. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very cheerful...

Good location for the "heart of town". Large clean room centred around a spiral atrium. Pleasant downstairs seating area, where A very good breakfast was served. Very friendly staff throughout my visit even though i got a room at a very discounted rate. Definately better than most of the places in the immediate vicinity.

Very nice, unusual hotel in the heart of the Medina. Expo Moroccan artwork. Warm welcome, and helpful personnel, which is always nice to have. Very reasonable prices. Superb view from the terrace, good restaurant, La Rencontre.

All good. Service and welcome friendly and helpful. Room clean and breakfast very nice. Location central and convenient. Decor rather striking, not to say odd. Would definitely stay at this hotel again, not least because the manager was so welcoming Liz

All staff were attentive and friendly, and was more than happy to help with anything. Room was lovely, very spacious and very clean. Shower was a bit of fun, as I ended up soaking the bathroom, while...

We spent two nights in Riad Al Khansaa, impressed by the beauty and good quality of this guesthouse and the overwhelming warm welcome by Mr Mangom, the manager. He took good care of us and we enjoyed a lot his company and good sense of humour. The place is very nice and welcoming. Essaouira is a must-see with windy beaches...

This Riad is one of the nicest and most hospitable hotels I've stayed at. We (two Dutch girls and me, Australian) booked a triple room, asking for separate beds and the large size room. When we got there, they gave us separate beds but a small room and quickly changed us once we agreed space was premium and we could...
