This place ticked all the boxes for me as the previous TripAdvisor contributors all agreed. Make no doubt this is an excellent Riad, great location, great and helpful staff and good breakfast. I loved the breakfast terrace and will book the room terrace on my next return to this beautiful part of Morocco.

Very nice hotel with a beautiful terrace for breakfast in the medina. Clean & comfortable! Don't be scared when you arrived : it's located in a blind street but when you open the door.. wow! Parking outside the medina for 20 DRH for 24 hours.

Stayed here for a night in the Dunette room, which has a private amazing balcony with great panoramic views of the town and water in the distance. Loved the room, it was nice and spacious. The bathroom was tiny but that didn't bother me. Location of the riad is perfect, very close to the main gate and souks/center of town...

A nice, small riad in Essaouira. The two biggest features for me were the ocean view from our room (outside facing windows were a rare commodity), and the enclosed rooftop patio. Essaouira can get very windy, so the enclosed ocean view rooftop patio was fantastic for breakfast. Great location in the city, though very tough to find at first because...

We extended our stay at Chems Bleu because it was too lovely to only stay for one night. Rooms are big, very clean and the breakfast room offers a view on the beach. The breakfast is carefully prepared, there was fresh orange juice every morning, a selection of breads, pastery, spreads and a variety of tea and coffee. The staff...

A beautiful peaceful riad. Right on the old city walls, with a view towards the sea and port. It has a gorgeous collection of tropical palms and banana plants, and a small fountain, in the patio, where little birds flit about. Nice friendly staff, and freshly prepared breakfasts right on the top floor in a sunny conservatory-type room. Very clean,...

The staff are lovely and made our stay very confortable and unforgettable. The only thing that was not perfect is its location. It is located in the...

Really friendly, good English, lovely food. We stayed in the apartment which was very clean, quiet but a few flights of stairs. 2 showers, 3 toilets, balcony and great little kitchen. Would definitely stay here again given the opportunity :-)

My husband and I recently stayed at this Riad. Our room had its own little terrace, the view from which was absolutely breathtaking. Being finicky about bathrooms I was delighted to find it spick-and-span. In fact, the entire Riad is very neat. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Soufiane who made our Essaouira trip...
