My husband stayed at the hotel while away on business and had a really nice time. It happened to be his 50th birthday so I emailed the hotel to ask them to help me arrange a surprise present for him and they were absolutely amazing! My husband really enjoyed the presents, great customer service!
This was simply the perfect place for our stay! We’re from Ghana and visited in January. We got in on a Monday , it was a 45mins drive from the airport. The hotel environment is extremely serene, in a village (away from the city). Great food! (there’s a Japanese restaurant in house - Izumi). NB: Breakfast doesn’t have much variety, but that was fine, it allowed us to explore more options for food while we were out exploring the country. The room was beautiful and the view is breathtaking 💕 plus there’s a swing! I will definitely miss the view from our room. 🥺 The staff were super nice! On our last day, Our flight on Kenya Airways delayed by 7 hours - we were supposed to check out of the hotel at 11am, the manager extended checkout till 9pm!! I’ve never received such kindness from any hotel EVER! Overall, this is a great choice for our stay in Mauritius, especially if you want to avoid staying in the city. Side - note, you may underestimate the hotel from the outside…don’t 😃…
The service has gone really down at la fourchette restaurant Called the restaurant for reservation on 12/01 and we were told reservation can only be confirmed on 13/01 after lots of arguments. What type of reservation do you have? Waiter call finally on 13/01 and when we came someone told us our seat are outdoor which was perfect for us After a few mins, another waiter came to inform us this is not our seat but rather indoor due to rain and which did not make sense. The outdoor table did not have any guests and wonder if it was reserved or maybe because we are Mauritian so we are outscaled. For 4 adults and 2 people we each ordered a plate and pizza for the kids, the seafood pizza was a scan which we had to complain of mussels and they gave us another one. Fortunately the other plate we ordrered were good but the service need to be revamped I hope the food quality won’t go down. We are a regular client and this was the least we expected. Hotel is very good. Nice staff (Kunal at Izumi), peaceful environment and good food at Izumi Restaurant. Had a pleasant stay and the views are just stunning, Very comfortable and spacious room. Will come back very soon.
I purchased a voucher of Glamorous Pedi and ended with a cheap pedicure.They confirmed that glamorous pedi includes paraffin but on the spot the girl told me no mask or paraffin for glamorous pedi.
I've been 4 times and each time it's even better. I had an absolutely great time at your hotel. It was an amazing experience. The room was great but the service of the staff is even better. But, my stay would not have been as great without the exceptional customer service of the following staffs who clearly stand out: Joel, Pranaw, Girish, Sonah from F&B, Adish from reception and Vedita from the Spa. I recommend this hotel at 100%. I guaranteed an exceptional stay with them. I can't wait to come back.
The Spa with Imla & Isha was the best ever! Magical hands 🙌 and very nice ladies! If I could, I would give this hotel a negative score (minus 5 seems appropriate). While the staff at the reception was friendly and helpful, the hotel does not deserve a good rating overall. We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and every single night there was a party at the hotel restaurants. This means extremely loud music until the wee hours. It really seemed as if we were staying in a room above a club or discotheque. Needless to say we hardly got any sleep at all. Changing rooms was of no avail either since the music was so loud you could hear it miles away from the hotel. This is not how we imagined our stay in Mauritius to be at all. We tried to add a video to this review to showcase how horrible the noise was every night, but unfortunately TripAdvisor does not allow reviewers to upload video files. We do not recommend to stay at this hotel to say the very least.…
I stayed 5 days in the Address Boutique hotel, on business travel. A bit of a distance from the center of Port Louis, on a lagoon. Very quiet and has great views. Very clean and good service. Breakfast is a-la-carte and takes some time. The restaurant and bar services could be quite expensive. Reception staff are welcoming and helpful, but one or two staff were not conversant in handling different situations related to payments effected through online booking agencies.
