I really enjoyed my stay at Aanari Hotel. People working there are very welcoming and assisted our demands in a very professional way. Much recommended. Ashna Avi and the guy who was at the reception last weekend 8-9 Aug made our stay more amazing! Keep up the good work! Thank you team!

We went on vacation to Mauritius for 9days in November 2021. We stayed in Aanari Hotel for 4 days in the second week of November 2021. The hotel is compact but very comfortable. The location of the hotel is very convenient to visit all corners of the Island. There are restaurants, shopping places and taxi stand nearby. The rooms are spacious and very clean and well maintained. When we arrived there, they promptly followed all the covid guidelines like sanitizing, Rapid antigen test etc. The food in the restaurant is very nice, be it breakfast or dinner. The breakfast spread is lovely with fresh cut fruits, breads, fresh juices, omelets and more. One of the days when we wanted to leave early for tour, they meticulously packed the breakfast for us. Thank you so much for the kind action. Some of the days, when my daughter wouldn’t turn up for dinner, they used to ask whether they can pack something for her and we used to say ‘No’. But, they used to ask multiple times to offer some packed food. Such is their concern. Everyday, it’s a different menu for dinner and food was really delicious. During dinner, Mr. Kelvin, The GM, would personally visit every table, talk to guests and enquire if everything is fine or we need anything more. It wasn’t a formal talk but very very genuine.
We had to do RTPCR test 48hrs before our departure from Mauritius and being a Sunday, all the test centres were closed and we were deep trouble and didn’t know what to do.Again, Mr. Kelvin went out of the way to help us in spite of his busy work. He literally hunted for a test center, called so many hospitals and finally found one in the capital, arranged for our taxi and saw to that our problem was sorted out. But for him, we wouldn’t have been able to leave Mauritius on time.
Also, on the day of departure, even after checkout, he was so kind to offer an
arrangement to freshen up after a hectic island hopping tour on that day. So kind of you Mr.Kelvin, we’ll never forget your hospitality.
We never saw this hospitality anywhere in Mauritius in all the 9days of our stay. I would definitely stay here if I visit Mauritius again. I recommend this hotel to all.
Thank you once again

We really enjoyed our 10 nights at Aanari. Very special thanks to Rajiv, the Housekeeping Manager, who went out of his way to wash our sheets separately in hypoallergenic detergent due to an allergy I have to industrial cleaners. This is a service I have never received before - usually I have to bring my own sleeping bag, and it was great to be able to enjoy the freedom of the king size bed for once! The staff are friendly (Yasin in particular was great at quietly and efficiently getting things done), and the location is perfect - right next to the sea. Top Tip: Aanari has its own sunbed area on the neighbouring beach, something we didn’t realise until the last day. On the minus side, breakfast could be better organised - there was a lot of waiting around at the egg bar. The rooms are definitely in need of renovation, with more storage needed, and the shower temperature was a bit variable. The WiFi also didn’t work for the first three days despite repeated attempts by reception to reboot it. Overall, though, Aanari is a great base from which to explore the wonderful island of Mauritius and the fantastic local restaurants (Pakbo highly recommended). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My family and I spent 2 nights at the hotel in mid January this year. I was a bit doubtful about whether I made a wise choice on picking this hotel. But no regret! Overall, the food, the rooms, the location were quite good and exceeded my expectations. The hotel has two USPs when compared to many other hotels we have stayed at over the years: lunches were prepared as per order taken at breakfast time and not as per a set menu; secondly, a discounted room rate for senior citizens. The only hiccup is the swimming pool which is really very small;however, being a working week, we were spared the crowds. A special mention of Jervais who served us in the true spirit of customer care.

We stayed at Aanari hotel for 7 days. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were so cooperative and very helpfull especially Avi, Jeavai, Jaques, Vincent(chef),Davina, Cathy and Aashna. As we are Vegetarian they made food on our demand everyday. We selected club catagory of room and we got complimentary access to spa (steam bath, sauna and jacuzzi) and bar in between 3 to 6 pm so we recommend to select club room. One more important aspect is its very nearby jumboexpress supermarket. Owner is also a calm and down the earth person...
Overall we strongly recommend it...

Nice hotel at a competitive price considering the current prices of hotels which after Covid have undergone significant surges, (I would like to underline, however, that all the hotels I have visited have undergone strong increases unfortunately to the detriment of the fact that I don't see any improvements made in these due to this increase, that is, they have remained with the same criteria and services as before Covid in general, therefore only increases and this is not a good thing for the future in my opinion... this is why the growth of B&Bs or apartments in my opinion) in any case clean hotel, rooms quite spacious enough (I took a delux) made up of very friendly staff both at check in and in room service ready to satisfy needs and resolve if there is a problem (I had it with the room key broken the system reading and sorted out quickly) self-service breakfast is normal there is a bit of everything, nothing is missing, self-service dinner, but different dishes every day with a type of cuisine ranging from, Creole, Mauritian, Indian, Italian and Chinese, foods generally spicy, not bad for those who like that type of cuisine, but you have to remember that tourists are from all over the world so an international self service every day would be more ideal, perhaps smaller, however I would say a good dinner service.
I feel like observing a flaw that should be resolved considering the position of the hotel it would benefit a lot, it is in the beach service which unfortunately is missing, 4 umbrellas and 8 deckchairs (these are all ruined) and it is a real neglect considering the spectacle of the sea that you are faced with this, I don't understand this, tourists who do all inclusive in my opinion look at this, why not fix it?
However, I repeat, for the cost it is a hotel which is fine, it feels good and everyone is very kind.

Located in the heart of Flic en Flac, Anaari is one good hotel where you can enjoy AUTHENTIC CHINESE FOOD. Yes, the food overthere really pleased our taste buds. Excellent food and excellent service by Mr Ram, Mr Gervais, Jamaal at the bar, Hans-who made our booking for two nights possible despite we phoned him at the last minute and also, Rahul who made our check in.
Coming to the room, well, I must say that Mr Hans gave us the best room, 109. Spacious for 3 kids who had a small room annexed in the master room, the room also had nice features such as two TV sets, and a large terrace.
We enjoyed our stay overthere and definitely coming back very soon.
Warms regards from Mr and Mrs Lukhoo.

We are a family of 4 from Singapore and stayed at Aanari hotel for 11 days during our June holidays.

It was our 3rd time staying there. This time, we stayed in their Family Club Room which was perfect for us due to larger size and its private balcony. Our kids loved it. Next time, please book Room 109:)

In terms of amenities nearby, there is a Winners supermarket in the basement of the hotel complex where we bought snacks for the kids. Note that we didnt need to buy bottled water from the supermarket as Aanari has a filtered water dispenser (cold and hot water) at Level 1 near the lift. Hence, we could fill up our water bottles freely everyday. In addition, there is a pharmacy on the first floor (open daily from 9.00am to 8.00pm) which is very convenient for families like us.

Of course, the highlight was its location to the beach. The hotel was just across the road from Flic En Flac beach which is one of the best beach in Mauritius. On weekdays (not available on weekends), we can relax on the sunbeds shaded by big beach umbrellas provided the hotel.

Food-wise, our room cames with daily breakfast and dinner buffets. On certain nights, there will be live band music, DJ and even Mauritian Sega photos. The Aanari reception and F&B staffs (Avi, Hans, Hansen, Mohan, Mandal, just to mention a few names) spoke English and were very helpful & attentive to our various queries during our stay.

Highly recommended for families who are seeking a relaxing holidays with amenities nearby for better convenience. Aanari was truly our home far away from home!

We chose Aanari for the first time and we were really surprised by the welcome and overall facilities at the hotel. Everything during our stay was nice and above expectations. The food was particularly tasty and Kevin made sure that we didn't miss anything on the table. Even the waiters paid particular attention to all our needs. we also enjoyed the live music and the dance floor. Another charming surprise was the room we had. The room was well cleaned and all the amenities were properly displayed to our convenience. The bed and all its bed sheets were absolutely good and we enjoyed the comfy of our room. The bathroom as well was nicely decorated and fitted all our expectations. The children enjoyed the swimming pool situated at the roof top with a nice view of Flic en Flac. On top, the hotel is nicely situated near the supermarkets and other shops. Well, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely go to visit again and highly recommend it to other people who are interested.
