The buffet spread were generous and various types of delicacies featuring Malaysian cuisines, Oriental, Western, Salad counter & desserts. Affordable prices! Advisable to enjoy the luncheon from 12noon to 2p.m. Worth trying its weekend buffet.

The reception staff were efficient and I liked my bed and all the pillows. But, other than that - I would say this is an 'average' hotel. The room looked a bit tired and had an odd arrangement with a lobby/desk/wardrobe area, then the bathroom, then the bedroom. On the 8th floor, I could hear a lot of traffic noise...

Room comfort was OK, and close proximity to shopping centre provides some OK dining options, but apart from that - nothing flash. Room safe fell apart when I first used it. The slowest lifts every experienced. Buffet breakfast very very poor.

Stayed at Essential Room for 2 nights, very convenient with shopping mall next door and close to nearby attractions. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious with work station. The staff was helpful, breakfast spread was good. They have a lounge same floor as lobby, cosy and quiet which is perfect for meetings / chilling. Value for money, will definitely stay...

Stayed here for a few days over Chinese New Year. First impression was a very gaudy trying to be modern hotel that was met with a very rude receptionist. After taking around 30 minutes to check in, we were brought up to our room. At first it seemed fine but in closer inspection it was an absolute disaster. First when...

Trendy, hip and well presented. The staff are ok, the breakfast is fine and the rooms are big enough. The lifts are terrible (only two so you have to wait ages) and the maintenance and condition of the building in general is getting worse and worse. Just an average hotel.
