Room in good condition. Aircond function very well 👌. The room also clean and smell good. The king size bed consider big because can fit 3 kids (7,6 and 1 yrs old) and 1 adult. We really had a good sleep there!

Social KL cycling trip
We brought our bike worth around 60-70k each, booked the 16th floor suite for 3 but not allowed to keep our bike in the room unlike othr similar premises in KL 😡. High end bikes are like gold equipments and we wouldn’t take a suite if we think that it is necessary. Puting it at a storage together with othr luggages is kinda reckless by the management of the day. Btw our bikes are cleaned daily after each ride and we don’t mind to use service elevator if need be. Really irritated by the FD manager rude and snob response!!

Based on our previous experience in which traces of permanent tyre marks or stains are left on the room carpet hence we no longer permit bicycles to be brought in or kept inside the hotel room. Also, we should have made known to you that our luggage room which is located at the lobby level is secured and safe, with policy and procedures in place. The hotel can do much better during Sunday breakfast. Food was served without cutlery. Coffee without sugar or creamer. Waiter was running around all over the place fulfilling missing items. Nothing was organized. At one time they were just shouting the menu what they have in hand with no table assignment. It was suppose to be a set menu but never received many of the item in my set. Suggest to come very very early to avoid the confusion and chaos.
The hotel should benchmark how airline served their meal, in sets.
Room was comfy and clean but a bit run down. Suggest to bring your own 3 in one coffee as the hotel only provide 2 of each. Some of the Tv Channels reception are bad.

Had been staying in this hotel in my past 2-3 years alternate week business trips. This hotel is quiet, comfortable with reasonable rate. Hotel staff are friendly. Facilities in gym room are reasonable. I missed the breakfast there with good variety of food such as local Malay, Chinese, Indian even Japanese. If stay in Deluxe room, can access the nice lounge. Beside the hotel there is a small shopping mall which foods, tidbits and fruits can be sought. This hotel is not located in bustling shopping centres area but for frequent business travellers like me such environment for good rest is more important.
Due to changing of job I do not visit here since mid 2019 but I still miss this hotel!

Staff as the Melting Pot short immediately inform guests what is available and not available upon handling the menu. This is the 2nd time (I also stayed in the hotel in Aug 2020) that staff are NOT proactive in informing guest items either temporarily not available or out of stock. This save time in guests choosing their choice or anticipating items that they had before but either not available that day, or already taken out from the Menu.

I ve been staying in this hotel multiple times. Every times there will be some minor things that causes inconveniences, this time two minor things happen, 1. at about 10.30pm I ve asked for some ice, telephone operator informed that she will inform room services, ended up I ve to called her 1 more time and I waited till about 1 am, the ice never arrived. 2. sink in the toilet clogged, water take very long time to get cleared, imagine if you are just finish brushing your teeth and the water is still in the sink.

Concorde Shah Alam is always my preferred hotel to stay whenever I am in town as the location is strategic and the ambience is comfortable. However, I do hope that the hotel is planning to refurbish soon as I can see the room is a bit outdated especially the bathroom. Would prefer a shower without the bathtub (more to safety reason) and also would love to see the toilet with water spray instead of just bidet. But in general, I enjoyed my stay there. Food serves in buffet style was awesome. Staff on duty was also quick in clearing the used plates. Will definitely come back again. One suggestion is to have discounted rates for regular travellers like me and my wife who had stayed in Concorde for number of times.

I have stayed here for couple of times before pandemic for business purposes. However, this time I was rather disappointed of the hotel service since I was so excited to return here for the short trip stay. I was told (during checkout) that there was no housekeeping services provided daily even if you stayed for 2 nights.. and I did request for a housekeeping services over the phone for some new toiletries and to clear off my trash. And all they did was just hang a big laundry bag filled with the stuff on my room door. Sad but its true. The same incident also happened to my colleague's room. I hope the hotel management can look into this matter seriously and improve your service better! Thank you

If you take a taxi/cab, it is about 40-minute drive.
To the temple in Seksyen 7, its about 7 km away or 15 mins by car
from Concorde Shah Alam. I normally use Google maps to check these things. Waze app is also good if you're driving.
this hotel was build since 1996. it was 4 star then... so now i think its still 4 star. but normally this hotels have different in star according to tourist area... shah alam is not that tourist area so the hotel is ok la..
