Our initial room (delux sea view) was pathetic for the price we paud. It was more expensive than Kuching Hilton, but at 10% the quality. Paint was peeling off walls. Mould everywhere. Holes in the door . bathroom not clean. Bed linen fraying and dirty....More

Stars level are still dropping. Rooms showing lots of wear and tear. Housekeeping needs more effort. Family pool water looks milky. Breakfast is usual hotel fair- Reasonable standard. Balcony needs cleaning. Stains on sheets and pillows. Will not return!
