The lamp didn't function, all the furniture in the room is old. Everything is old. They didn't upgrade the tv and didn't change the curtains, they still using thin bed sheets and provide torn towels, What makes me surprise is, they provide empty toothbrush box.

The hotel was situated at the center of town. You can just walk to go to nearest coffee cafe. As for the parking, you can just park at any parking lot around the hotel. The room was just nice for 2 people. We had a problem with the toilet since it did not flush properly. luckily, the technician came quickly to...

I was in KK for a short business trip and not looking for a super fancy 5 star hotel to stay in. Saw this hotel from agoda.com and compared with other 3 star hotels, the hotel looks pretty decent with major good reviews. I booked the bigger room for an extra of around RM25 and got a higher floor room....

As this is a 3 star hotel, I have no high expectation on having the best facilities or food, rather on its cleanliness and comfort. I stayed here for 2 nights with my family on a short trip to Sabah. Location wise is quite good, there seems to be restaurants and mini mart within walking distance. I noticed that there...

Location is good, 24 hours KFC is just next door if hungry in the middle of the night. Stayed at Level 13, king size bed. Room and bathroom are clean. Have the basic complimentary toiletries. Good shower pressure. Requested for baby bath tub for my toddler, some hotels don't even have one so quite surprised this hotel does. Breakfast does...

Location, directly in the central where seafood heaven place can reach by walking distance. The wifi only works well on certain floors and certain rooms due to coverage. Staff were friendly, shower had excellent water pressure, breakfast was good enough.

We've stayed there for three nights and I can't say that we had pleasant experience. The room was old and dirty. The paint was coming off the walls... The toilet was broken and we had to change the room during the first night (and we were after 20h+ journey...) TV wasn't working at all and the AC was veeery loud....
