We spend there 2 nights, we had to pay the full prize for the day for staying till 9pm. Rooms were clean, tea/cofee/water included in prize. We were satisfied with the staff and also with the service.

I stayed there 2 nights but the staff did not service my room even though I already tell them. Unfriendly reception. Poor service I received from the hotel staff. I'm not going back to that hotel. Very Bad & disappointing seriously.

As an expat in Sabah I've stayed at quite a few places in KK and nothing compares to the Lucky 11 Hotel. We usually book a King Room and were lucky enough to get a corner apartment which is a little more spacious. The rooms are well appointed and are incredibly clean which include modern bathroom, good working aircon, great...

Lucky 11 hotel. The rooms are very basic and small but reasonably clean. A/c works well. There is no separate shower but plenty of hot water. The lobby has a large lounge area and a table if you need stronger wifi. The best thing about the hotel is the wonderful sweet front desk staff. The location is perfect for exploring...

Okay for a few days. Nothing fancy, but it's adequate for a short stay if your on a budget. Positives: good location (Central) and large rooms. Negatives: a little old and the bathroom was a little dirty. Bonus is that there is a TV with a movie Chanel in the room and that they do laundry for 5rm/kilo.

There you have it. That's about the best that it could get. Sure, it's cheap despite after taxes, but for the above average of what you pay for a budget hotel, I'd expect more than this. One might as well add a few more dollars and get better accommodation in sacrificing the strategic location. Talking about an amalgamation of old...

It located in the central and heap of restaurants nearby. Staff are friendly, however, the room is just basic, no toothbrush and shampoo provided, strong smell from the towel and a house gecko founded next to the bed.

I stayed 2 nights totally. The location is very good because we used bus central terminal, and it took several minutes to get there. There are many restaurants around the hotel. The staffs are very kind. They didn't offer breakfast but it is much better to find breakfast restaurant there. There are so many varieties of foods around. The shower...
