Through traveloka, it shows the inn located 100m nearby Suria shopping mall. But actually it located at kampung air, where needs to walk at least 15-20minutes to mentioned shopping mall. Overall, it just a place to sleepover. Good airconditioning, old furniture bedsheets, great location to seafood restaurant, centre point shopping mall, local food at gaya street.

Moldy rooms, old/broken bed sheets, dirty, damaged cabets, dirty walls, dust webs in many corners of the room. The owner offered a different room, but it came with the same issues. Overall porly maintained. I booked for 2 nights and decided to leave on the arrival day and looked for a better placd. I have not even partially refunded. :-(

The room needs makeover. the bedsheets, towels and pillow are old and very used, but clean and usable. However, i dare not put clothes in the wardrobe cabinet as it is old and dirty. The TV set is old and small, but functions. The aircond works great, cools fast. No problem with the hot shower, works pretty good. Overall, for...

The hotel is pretty old. Though situated at the center of Kota Kinabalu, its facilities are old-fashioned and not neat. Cabinets are broken; aircon is not properly working; wundows not clean; Television and bathroom still jurassic. The price of RM60 (USD17 or Php700) is more than enough considering there are other inns and hostel offering better service than the one...

Stayed here a little apprehensively as the outside looks like an ancient brothel, but for MYR 55 per night the room was certainly great value for money and a much better alternative than many the private backpackers rooms available (mostly more expensive than Bilton too). Old sheets, towels and carpets but not a deal breaker as it was clean. Aircon...

Value for money.Spacious.Accomondating and friendly staff ( Mr.Awang ). Near to Night market, Jesselton point, Fish Market, filipino market. 10 minutes drive to the airport, to tanjung aru beach. Very close to shopping malls. Alots of restaurant around with cheap prices. Only problem is the building looks like 10000 years old. although it doesnt give creepy feeling and sleep came...
