The environment was very peaceful... Staying here is a good weekend gateway. The food was really good and staff was really helpful. During this pandemic, this resort focus on local tourist with the reasonable price. We would like to visit here again.

The readiness of the room was very disappointing. Check-in 2 pm, but we just get a room about 2hour late than scheduled due to room not yet done the housekeeping. The management should give us an extra hour due to this lateness but they only give us only 30 minutes extra time for check-out. The management should employ more driver to get the guest. We waiting about 30 minutes to go to the main lobby from block 4 but no van/bus come get us until we walked with carried bags and baby to the main lobby. It's very tiring for us. There a few van pass by but they not pick us after see us walking at that road to go to main lobby for check out.

First of all the places very recommended places. Where the view was so beautiful and very relaxing either with family or friends. Second, the room was so good just the bathtub not functioning well. About service so far so good eventhough we have dinner a bit late for the foods preparation. Overall was good and the best activities we liked the best; surfing board and bodyboard. We have so much fun there!

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the whole place is in bad shape. Our first room had a malfunctioning door. The wood has expanded and closing or opening the door needed super strength. At night the front light was not working and the lock on the door cannot be open. After more than half an hour, the technician managed to open the door to let us in. We requested a change of room. One of the lights in the new room was not working. We just decided to make do with it. The thermostat of the air-con cannot be control. Either very cold or no air-con. The shower cubicle was dirty with grime and dirt at the corners and glass panels. Not forgetting, the breakfast was also a not good experience. There was a long queue for the fruit juice on Saturday morning breakfast. This was because all the other juices were gone. I felt sad as the place is lovely with a beautiful beachfront, but whoever is running the resort is running it to the ground.

I spent about nine nights here, having stayed twice before about seven years ago and about sixteen years ago. Boy has this place gone downhill. The rooms are ok but the general state of the hotel is really in bad shape. Lots of the wooden railings have rotted through. The staff are very nice but the methods/systems they are required to work within seem to be very inefficient. Check in took about 30 minutes at around 5.00 pm. Lot's of hand writing required from the staff. The breakfast wait staff and kitchen staff woefully understaffed. Couldn't keep the fruit section of the breakfast buffet fully stacked, not even close. Regular twenty minute wait for papaya. Same with some of the hot food sections - in particular rothi was always out of stock. And this was for the entire stay. I mean ok if it happens 1 day and the make adjustments to deal with demand but every day for a nine day stay I mean come on, that's just bad management. This is simply not a 4.5 star class hotel. I would give it 2 stars at most. Plus this is not inexpensive. A similar price per night gets you a legitimate 5 star hotel in KL. It need major renovation and management needs to go back to hospitality school. My recommendation is you stay away.
