A dump!! Could not put it any less kinder. Definitely not for the single female traveller let alone anyone else. Hotel reception are rude and unhelpful. Rooms are awful and uninviting.View is dirty and depressing. Lock was loose on door and lots of noise coming from hallways which was unnerving.Bathroom was filthy. I was too scared to sit down anywhere....

location was good....staff ok.....service not bad.....the room layout was bit weird, there's a washing basin next to the bed. upon check-in into the room i saw cigarettes ash on the floor....i assume housekeeping did not remove the stool while cleaning the room. overall the only thing i like about this property is the location minus the massage parlour around it....workers...

The lobby was being renovated and a temporary entrance and reception was moved to the rear of the hotel. The staff were exemplary in being patient and guiding guests to the various lifts on various floors. It was lovely to see such teamwork and attention to detail. So many genuine smiles. They moved back to their refurbished lobby the day...

the cheapest room is nothing more than a closet with a matres on the floor. staff was not responsive to any of our questions. we could upgrade to a room with an actual bed for twice the price. won't stay here again.

Stayed for a night in april 2015. Hotel was located from 3rd floor in one building and bit hideous. We lost bcpz hotel signage was small. Location was great, opposite to centre point, walk distance to beach, markets where u can find cheap pearl and other souvenier staff, and local dry food. Also near to seafood stalls. The room are...

Slightly above the expectation. Room was facing public bank, did not experience loud sound. only strange thing is the basin besides the bed. Checking in and out is fast. Nothing to expect for breakfast. Just beehoon, egg and breads.

Poor hotel if you can even call it a hotel to be honest, located centrally, near markets, malls. Located on the 3rd floor, by the time you get there you would of been offered around 50 massages though! And expect that every time you leave or enter the hotel as they are waiting at the bottom of the stairs! Room...

It's a comfortable room with shared bathroom. Everything is clean and the interior design makes you feel as if you're in a SPA. But for the money you paid (MYR88), you could get a room with attached bathroom somewhere else in Kota Kinabalu. At Le Hotel if you go for single bed, you won't have a bed but only a...

Great location, centrally located to the tourist attraction. Very near to shopping mall, filipino market and sinsuran night market. Its located on third floor, but no worries there is a lift there. Not sure if there any reserve parking for customer.
