Due to the MCO situation, it has been quite a while since our family members last saw each other and it is GREAT to finally meet up again to catch up and have BIG LAUGHS. We arrived here while it's raining but the view is still stunning though. We had a villa which was excellent for a medium size family of 12 persons but we order extra mattresses for 6 persons. The kitchen was well equipped with necessary utensils and cutleries. The boys spent most of their evening at the BBQ deck area enjoying their drinks and the night skies. The morning view was really breathtaking and the garden flowers surrounding the establishment were pretty.
We visited this mountain hotel at two occasions. Well-maintained landscape and garden. Both the bedroom and toilets are spacious. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and families looking for a Mount Kinabalu getaway.

I don't know if they provide as I didn't ask. There isn't a phone available if you're looking for reception so WALK. It's a healthier choice too. If your plan is to relax and get away from the busy city, don't even think of complaining about the TV. What's the point of travelling far if you're hooked on the tele? We had some issues with ours (but we realised we don't need tv anyway) and Alson (I hope I spelled his name right) was kind enough to help us with a couple of things that we need assistance. …
