Good location in the city. Lots of restaurants, mamak, Burger King and KFC just around the block. Room are basic, but clean and modern. I wish the wifi is faster at the hotel. It's a budget hotel that is clean, modern and well maintained.

I booked a family room. The exterior of the building looked old BUT the family room I booked was spacious and very comfortable. Shocked me in fact to see such a big room. The extra space can be considered as a small living area. Location was very central and within walking distance to many areas. value for money.

Location: Its a golden location! smack in between Hyatt and Le Meridien, short walk to street shops, food stalls, restaurants, waterfront... Building Its located on a row of very aged...

Went there around 2012 with my family. The location of this hotel is good as it is pretty centralized to the KK city. The hotel is pretty much normal. Helpful receptions. The first room we checked in was a bit small, but we managed to change to a bigger room with additional reasonable bucks. The bed is pretty comfy and...

A friend booked us into here at the start of our time in KK, we were doing the Mt Kinabalu climb the following day and then were planning on staying here for another few days. I'm not quite sure how this hotel got such a high score on TA, it is a dump! Everywhere smelt of cigarette smoke, the walls...
