Had a pleasant stay. Room was clean and towels were fresh, even if torn. Buffet breakfast had a decent variety of food. The hotel connects to One Borneo mall so there's always something to do. Staff at reception were very helpful when I had to unexpectedly extend my stay and were quite accommodating when I asked for a late checkout....

We booked the Gallery room overlooking the fields, houses and of course, bits of the mountain picturesque. Sleep quality is good. Bed is quite uncomfortable to me. International breakfast caters more towards local malaysian fare. Pancakes and eggs omelette live stations are available. Includes a salad bar. Sabah tea is a must try morning beverage. What took our breath away...

Had a wonderful stay here. They upgraded us for free which was very kind of them. Room Cleaned daily. Very modern. Walk out of the hotel into 1Borneo mall. So easy to grab some food or shopping. We used the gym and swim facilities too. The gym is outdated and basic but spacious and clean. Swimming pool is big and...

There are two things i look for in a hotel. Comfortability and Food. Checked in the hotel with the friendliest staffs, very hospitable, and felt comfortable just like at home. However, after a exciting day in KK, I wouldnt wish to walk far than i should to get my food to fill my empty tummy. I was looking forward to...

The staff is giving me smiling face. Room is clean, bathroom clean. Good for couple stay. Shopping mall is just beside the hotel, u can find things to eat or shop there (for those who want to have relaxing trip only). If u rent a car better be careful. The parking there charged RM6 for 4 hours, 1 day RM8,...
