Basically I'm quite satisfied with the overall condition n design but I couldn't fall sleep at night time around 2-4am due to the karaoke section noise from downstairs pub which attached with the hotel lobby at ground floor. I tried to called up and highlight to the operator request for lower down the volume, but he replied that he couldn't...

First time stay overnight in Penang and i chose this hotel as my accomodation. Totally not satisfy with this budget hotel, extremely small, dirty bedsheet, and the weird thing is the basin is not located inside the washroom but is located beside the bed! Can u imagine if someone wanna wash hand after went for toilet and have to come...

In term of room rate, it is very reasonable in view of its location right in the middle of the city. Walking distance to Time Square, shopping malls, Kontar, Penang road etc. But one setback is there are mosquitoes in the room. Hope the management will be more careful and find ways to prevent mosquitoes to get into the rooms.

The receptionist (Indian girl) was polite and helpful when I ask some information about the hotel. The only thing that frustrates me was the parking lot that was not sufficient for the guests. I have to look for parking spaces which I need to pay on coupons. This is inconvenient because the details of the hotel included free parking space....

It would be a nice hotel if the managemet cared to maintain it. Have you ever seen mushrooms growing on walls inside the room? Well it was a surprise for me to see such thing here! I've upploaded some proof-photos. I didn't know what to do - to be angry or to laugh when I saw it. Paint got off...

Booked 2x rooms - the standard room. One of the attraction was defiantly the concept which has been shown. Overall stay- was okay. Since I have gotten the corner room. There was a cemented pole beside my bed which is a very annoying angle to place it. Whenever you come out from the shower the floor will be wet because...

Stayed here 1 night the room was small to me compared to the other hotels I have stayed in. The worse part they did not have a fix price for the room, caused when I showed less interest and wanted to leave they gave me a discount. I found that a bit weird because usually hotels have fixed rates and...
