Seven Terraces is a unique experience. It is a wonderful traditional building that has been renovated superbly. The hotel has only a few rooms so atmosphere is very relaxed and harmonious. The hotel is located in the heart of heritage area in a quiet street. I warmly recommend th

We were well served when we stayed there over a weekend. Jason was an extremely gracious host. Quiet yet a very central location. Nice accommodation for a small family. Convenient for great food. Only drawback is the architecture which is not conducive for weak legs of the elderl

Often the world “local” is associated with hotels situated in old traditional buildings of aged establishment. In this case, 7 Terraces is a newly established hotel built from remains of 7 linked terraces. Ask front desk for before after photo album book. My understanding is that

Is the hotel noisy?
The rooms facing the street is noisy but make sure you ask for rooms that faces away from the street. In general quiet and beautiful place to stay.

How many types of rooms does the hotel offer for two person and what are options/differences?
I think there are 2 types of rooms and 2 suites. The rooms are big and two floors but they have stairs which are steep. The rooms are in the traditional style not modern style.

any free parking in the hotel or what are the parking options available. Thanks
They have parking outside. I phoned ahead and it was absolutely fine - would recommend doing the same. It seems most people don’t drive, but they didn’t seem to mind at all that my rental was parked up next to their rather splendid Rolls Royce! They even came out and waved us off.

Hi Everyone, We have booked 8 nights in September and would really like to optimise our stay there. I have seen one or two comments about which suite is best. I guess it is a matter of opinion but we would like a quieter room with good views from the balcony so which in your opinion would be suitable? Thanks in advance.
We stayed at the Argus apartment suite which is actually very nice in particular for family/friends from 4-5 persons. The upper bedroom has door open to balcony and you can have the view of the surrounding area, mostly houses and lanes of the locals (depending on what views you are looking for). Also from the bathroom on the lower room has door open to balcony as well. The Argus unit is located at 2nd floor. It is very nice for us. Though if you are travelling with older/senior members it might be quite a challenge as it has steps and stairs to consider. By the way, the balcony has chairs for sun-bathing,the area is quite enough to enjoy.
