We stayed here for 3 nights in a private room on the 3rd floor. Howie, one of the staff members, took us out around the city for several hours, teaching us about the history and culture, and eating the best food! We especially loved ending the tour with dim sum and tea. Thanks, Howie, for everything! S&J, USA, long-term backpackers

We stayed in a private room so we don't know how the dorms were. However our room was clean and the AC worked great. The staff was very nice and helpful with anything ! It's a simple hostel but it's always clean! There's a small area where you can get coffee or tea any time. Also the area is great...

A lovely little hostel which is fantastic for the price. The staff are helpful in helping in places to eat. The location is very near the bus stops to the national park as well and the location is near lots of restaurants and bars as well as street food venders which help out for those on a budget.

Located in the heart of Little India, it's in a perfect location. Room was small and basic but everything a backpacker needs. No window in the room I was in. Bathrooms were clean and hot water was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall no complaints and would definitely recommend.

Two very nice guys on reception. Very helpful. We also booked our bus to KL from here. We stayed in the dorm for two nights. The room was ok. Not sure how often the beds are cleaned as my partner got bed bugs from the top bunk. He told them and said they were apologetic, but still, not great. We...

Positive: great location in Georgetown... 15min walk to the bus terminal and ferry. WiFi good in most areas. Cost is cheap... Cleaned showers and room. Large dorm room. Friendly customer service. Negative: no breakfast... Compared to other hostels in the area. Showers small and tight. Beds uncomfortable and attacked by bed bugs (raped). No chill out area.

The owner is very kind and helpful the room is simple and just the the sinks on the second floor need a little bit more clean. I guess you get what you pay. I would go back again next time..I do recommend if you need a place to stay in Penang :)
