Service is surly at best, breakfast is terrible and there literally is not a surface in the building that has been cleaned recently. The old building itself has a lot of charm and my daughter loved the carp pond but that kind of pales into insignificance when you watch your own poo float across the bathroom

I stayed one night in this hotel as it was only a business trip. Server breakfast and dinner. Was good - keep doing this. I not like any bad reviews at all, but advise the hotel to clean everything. In the bathroom there was still hair from guests before... Somehow in general a big clean up would make this hotel a great hotel. I love to stay here a next time.

Recently stay at this hotel and was shocked by the poor cleanliness of the bedroom. As you can see there is dirt hanging down from the fan this was twice as bad when I first entered room but some flew off when fan turned on. Not very good first impression
