Such basic, worn down place. The 2 person huts are cute, but don't be fooled. They are full of holes where the mosquitos keep coming in from. The place is also full of dogs, hence full of fleas. I got an average of 4 bites every time I went ourside to brush my teeth on the

The prices that Rahman-Squash mentions are correct. We tried to book in advance by making a phone call. Despite no one ever answered the phone. So we tried our luck so we tried to get a room on arrival. We took a taxi from the jetty to the guest house. And it was our lucky day, there were still some rooms available. There's nothing to worry about actually, because in that same street there are plenty of guesthouses/hostels with the same price range. Good luck and enjoy Pulau Pangkor. You will not regret it, that place is amazing.

"Don't stay here. Hut number one contains a horde of bedbugs that are very likely to spread all over the place since the usual procedure is to change the hut."
"bring a mosquito net if you have one, the jungle is right behind the camp."
