Kindly avoid this restaurant if you can.We were a group of 12 people, the breakfast was good but service was horrible. Some of the staff were extremely sweet but we had horrible experience with others.The lift is still being built, though working. The swimming pool was horrible, seemed like they have never cleaned the water ever. Not a single towel was available near the hotel. The hotel is far away from access of good food or accessories, which you will need as the dinner options are 2-3. It will take a lot of time for the food to deliver too. We were asked to refill water once our two bottles finished, the drinking water tasted of chlorine and once was yellow in colour. Finally after tolerating all this non sense, one of the staff, fought with us because the towel had a hair colour stain. He demanded 35 Ringgit for the above though it was a washable stain.We washed and showed it to him yet he demanded the money. Finally we had to pay as we had to leave for our flight immediately. Kindly don't ruin holiday trips of people like this, I think a lot of customers are understanding and willing to adjust few of the flaws but not being illtreated.

My stay at this hotel turned out to be extremely difficult because of the very poor customer service they provide. There's a safety deposit of 200 RM and they will literally do anything to deduct this amount. In my case, a towel which was on the floor cost me 35RM, even though there was just a couple of dots(small for stains), which we showed them as being completely removable my normal wash. The person in charge(in pic) behaved very rude and also gave us the towel after shoutin gat us. The restaurant was also extemely dissapointing and the pool wasn't maintained well. I wouldn't reccoment this hotel to anyone travelling to Langakawi because of the above mentioned reasons and also the fact that the hotel is really far away from the city centre, hindering the use of any restaurants or shops when required.

Understood that You are located at the beach front, at an amazing location, but does it give you the right to Spoil a couple's Trip. Starting from the chek- in. No Feeling of welcome to the hotel. staff gave us an feeling of another regular guest checking in. Although they were aware that we were on our honeymoon, a smile could do wonders. Room Allocated had No View Post check-in when we ask to send the bags to the room. the lady on reception gave the impression like i asked for something precious from her. Cleanliness in the room was no where to be seen. it was all dirty although the view from the room saved me from switching hotel. Air conditioning did not work at all. i was literally sweating through out. no answer for phone calls made from room to reception at last i had to go there and inform them about some issues in the room. i was lucky that we spent most of the time outside the hotel. Swimming Pool was very small compared to the big big hotel building. The Garden was Green and gave a good healthy atmosphere. Room Service was slow. We ordered a pizza in the room it came COLD. With only one set of cutlery as we were two person staying, Breakfast spread was good. but with POOR Service or rather no service at all. Hot food was getting cold, Cold food was getting spoiled. Don't know for what reason no one was seen smiling in the hotel. Would not Recommend this hotel

A lot need to be improved regarding cleanliness, amenities and facilities. However, as basic budget hotel, it can be recommended, with reasonable price. Food department need to be improved Toilet design n cleanliness is not satisfactory because of the dirt n grout in between tiles..
