Quite old hotel but clean. Fast check in. Free paper. Room was clean but furniture was old. The wall got some dents. Clean toilet with bath tub. Aircond easy to control. Breakfast was suprisingly good. Nasi lemak and omellet were well prepared. Wifi was disappointing. Almost useless. Never succeed to get connected. Overall recommend but must improves wifi connection

Booked Deluxe Quad. Checked in, very disappointed with the room. Called housekeeper to vacuum the carpet. Room was stuffy and carpet dirty. Toilet bowl has rusty water stained. We too tired to complaint so just stay there. Then we Wanted to order room service and was told it's CLOSED. Never experienced this in other hotel can you believe that? Closed...

We stayed here for one night, before we took the ferry to Tioman the next morning. As many here have already said, it is okay for one night but very outdated. The Transnational Bus we took from Singapore stopped right in front of the hotel, which was nice as it was already quite late (I'm not sure if they always...

As many have written already, this hotel is a bit outdated, but comfortable enough for a one night stay on your way to Palau Tioman. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is OK. The staff are super friendly and very helpful and they deserve a separate review of 5 stars.

OK for one night. Reasonably close to ferry terminal which is where we needed to be the next morning and they provided free transfer to ferry which was helpful. We could have walked but as a family with luggage we appreciated it. Breakfast reasonable and friendly staff, but the dirtiest shower I have ever seen. Usual shower over bath set...

We always stayed at this hotel during our Raya holidays, simply because its near to our family 'kampung' house. The rate is quite high to compare with the service and amenities you get in the hotel. Breakfast was lousy; noodles are very oily and super spicy. The kids enjoy the Koko Crunch though. Their Rooms need serious attention of redecorating...

Rooms and service are really so-so. Only one 7-11 across the road if you are hungry. Mainly cater to divers/snorkelers who need to stay one night, before getting boat to Tioman, in case of low tide. Budget accommocation.

This is a decent place for an overnight stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, although somewhat dated. TV and astro provided although I did not turn it on. The wifi only worked in the lobby as the signal was too weak in the rooms. It was a weekday and breakfast provided was ala carte with several choices both local...

Whilst the building and room are looking a little long in the tooth (like the rest of Mersing) this hotel fits the bill. Yes the rooms have iron marks in the carpet and the decor is old but the rooms are clean and very big and the beds are comfortable. The staff can not be faulted. We arrived late at...

Currently backpacking around South East Asia and due to an error of judgment I have had to "upgrade" to stay here.. In the executive suite no less. I had read the reviews before arriving so didn't have high expectations. And even still this hotel has battled to reach my low expectations. The service from the staff is up to scratch..It...
