I like the tatami room design. Nice toilet design. No working desk, so i have to use their acrylic bedside table as my work desk. Quite hotel surround by lot of eatery shop. Receptionist service need to improve a lot, during my stay, they just hire few Indonesian receptionist, they couldn't understand english well. Overall is a good hotel. Highly...

Overall experience is good. Room is pretty decent and clean except for the stench smell in the toilet. Not sure why. Water leakage at the wall next to the toilet, just one small patch. Hot shower is not available, making it difficult to shower. Apart from that, everything else is awesome.

Room is good, price is among the more expensive around the area but it is filled with quality night cafes, pubs and eateries surrounding it. about 800m walk to Sutera Mall but along the way can see many interesting cafes. Quiet town but peaceful and nice.

Superior King Bedroom, The bed is large enough to dwarf the room, or it could be the other way round? I've been to quite a few hotels in Johor and this one offers the coldest air conditioning by a far stretch, living in this hot and humid country this is their best selling point! Then there's the Cheese cake, soft...

We stayed here for a night to attend a colleague's wedding at Sutera Mall. Arrived at a time when they had just reopened from renovation so the lobby was in a mess. The elevator was pretty small and small so had to wait for our turn to get to level 3. The hot dispenser was at the elevator area so...

Have stayed here on countless occasion but feel that the goodness of this hotel are undone by a few unfortunate incidents. Location of hotel is prime consideration for me here as the others are cramped in the middle of the Sutera area or too near noisy pubs. Mood is smacked at the outer end, away from most of the noisy...

We stayed in a Superior King Room for one night. This is the second hotel I stayed at Sutera Mall area and I like it better than the first. What we like - clean room and floor - quiet and not near to noisy pubs - lots of good food options within walking distance - the bed is big and...

The bath room was way too sexy due the glass wall. Definitely a no no if you travel with elders' family member or no so close friend of opposite sex. Average hotel and nothing much to shout out. No proper cloth hanger.

First thing step in - nice lobby. But at check-in, you simply feel not welcomed. Walk into the room, It look reasonably small (standard Queen without window), dim and basic. I would pay extra RM$20 for a better room. Too dim to see defects inside the room, but bed sheet torn, aircon not strong and worst of all, Wifi is...
