Decided to give this hotel a try since the reviews weren’t all that bad. However, I can’t help but feel a bit let down after my stay. I guess the nice photos kind of raised the expectations a tad too much. The hotel’s location is not bad, right across CIQ and JB City Square and very near to the crossway...

The hotel itself is quiet, clean, comfortable. I had been asleep for maybe an hour when the door opens (even dead bolted) and in walk two guests! The front desk had let them into the wrong room!! I was shocked and scared. The adrenaline was pumping. The night clerk just laughed and said sorry. Needless to say I wont be...

The hotel located in the heart of Jb city, compact with all basic needs. You will need to park your car on the roadside. Hotel room is clean, bed is comfortable, hot shower available. Front desk staff helpful. Good choice for business trip as it is very close to Persada and UTC

I enjoyed my stay at the Grand Jade. It was clean, comfy and close to the action. To get there from the CIQ just follow the rest of the folk you've just come in from Singapore with. When you get to the first main road (Abdul Razak), get to the ground level and walk south toward Woodlands. 5 minutes later...

Very good decoration, good water pressure and hot water is really good. Breakfast is average, you need to walk about 15 minutes to get to CIQ and the mall. Nothing much around it, so overall a nice stay in Johor Bahru.
