It was an excellent hotel to stay. Rooms are very decent in size and facilities. Attached Balconies increase the ambience with a sea view. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is also very nice and of good quality. The only drawback of this hotel is that there are very limited restaurants in it with very limited menu. In my... More

Dear Muhammad, We are happy you had a good stay with us and that you appreciate the staff, the rooms, the breakfast, the view... It seems you like the Lebanese Mezza and food, all these items can be served at our Lebanese restaurant and at Le Jardin Du Royal, and via the room service too. We will communicate your concern... Had a super 1 week holiday at this very luxurious 5 star hotel. All the staff were incredibly helpful and polite. A big thank you to Badu who looked after us meticulously throughout our stay. He is a credit to the Le Royal Hotel. The breakfast buffet provided a huge variety of hot and cold foods, something for everyone. Our... More

Good to see that Beirut is live back! the hotel was full, but this did not affect the service, my kids have extremely enjoyed the water games and the slides at the Watergate (i have been told that it is the largest in the middle east but i don't think so), the music, the entertainment, the food and ice cream...... When we got to the hotel we had to wait 20 min to get our room. once we get there we see two staff (probably from maintenance) sitting on the couch watching TV. The room we paid for was suppose to be a sea view and the room we got was barely a partial sea view. It took the bell... More

Room was quiet, customer service was excellent, room service food is tasty. We dined at the Titanic Piano Bar, the mood was very romantic and there was live performance. We had a deep tissue massage at the spa and enjoyed the indoor heated pool and jacuzzi. The gym is clean and well ventilated but small. The spa's lockers and showers... More

We stayed 4 nights in a junior suite and for a 5 stars hotel, the experience was very disappointing . There is a lot of hidden costs 1- there is a water park (which was the reason why we have booked there) in the hotel and we had to pay to access (50 % of the normal price ) 2-... More

I spent two nights with my wife at the Le Royal Hotel in Dbayeh. The main points I would like to share are the following: 1. Valet parking per day is LL 20,000 (about USD 13). No self-parking available. 2. Small bathrooms with tiny glass shower curtain. You end up splashing the entire floor with water. Water pressure is below... More
