No reservation at Ahiram and arrived December 28 - hotel full on 31st, so Pascale Assaad and Elvira El Khoury tried to find us accommodation elsewhere, then there was a cancellation, so we stayed. Arranged great taxi driver to Baalbek and found us hotel in Baalbek with rooms. Along with Violette, the most wonderful female staff we met in Middle...

We did stay 10 days in hotel. Staff is very friendly and as we are vegan they were on the service for all our strange wishes. Fantastic view. It is not luxury hotel but exactly what we were looking: to feel like at home. Ask for romantic services: decoration of rose petals on bed... Fantastic New Year party.

I have stayed in this hotel for one night with my partner. The view was magnificant, make sure you ask for a sea view room. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. however, our stay was spoiled by the following things: 1- The beach the hotel claims to own is actually a public beach right next to the hotel. It...

We stayed seven nights at Hotel Ahiram in Byblos, Lebanon. We can highly recommend this very nice and familiar hotel with its friendly and supporting staff. Our room at the fourth floor was newly renovated to a high standard. The breakfast buffe had a nice variety of local food with an "international touch". Ahirams location is perfect, at the beach...

This hotel was great value, service was excellent, buffet breakfast is a broad range of food, I had the fried eggs very tasty, you need to drizzle olive oil over the eggs and ask for a onion to go with your meal, I have never tasted tomatoes, cucumber & Leb yoghurt like the ones i tasted. Beach is a 1minute...

I felt this hotel was something of a split personality. First impressions were that it had a great location overlooking a small shingle beach with crashing blue surf directly in front. Unfortunately this was spoilt as the beach was filthy with lots of rubbish washed up on the shore line. I’m not sure why Byblos town council don’t employ someone...

This hotel should be in the hotel section - not under B&B. It is a proper hotel, and a good one at that. Located just by the sea with a lovely terrace overlooking the beach and the Med. Just outside the city walls of old Byblos, a short walk from the harbour and the old city. When we were there...

Stayed a couple of nights in early April. It didn't start well. I had to really persevere to book - they asked for a bank transfer at first, which would have cost about £70 on top of any deposit; I then asked to pay by credit card and had to fax not just the card details, but a photocopy of...

Our room was amazing and at a great price. The balcony was the best part. The bathroom and shower were nice and was large. The service was unbeatable. My girlfriend and I got engaged on the beach and they sent up a comp. bottle of bubblies just to be nice. The breakfast was in included in the price and was...

Really loved it,great location-staff so kind and friendly. Randomly found it in the lonely planet and drove up from Beirut after I rang the receptionist who offered me 70 dollars sea view roo,m including breakfast because it was off season and renovations were taking place. My only complaint is that drilling and banging began on both mornings at 8/9 am...
