What an incredible camp! The rooms are amazing, the staff is wonderful, stunning property. Spent 4 nights here and fell in love with this camp more and more each day. Watching the elephants, zebras, giraffes from my deck was breathtaking. The waterhole on the property was like being on a game drive and not having to go anywhere. I don’t have a single negative comment. Mawangi was our guide. He is fantastic, and made our visit so special!!! His love and knowledge of the wildlife shined. We had so much fun with him, was hard to say goodbye. Highly recommend and will be back in the future!!!

Wow, what a way to go glamping. The tents provided were gorgeous. Generous room and massively comfy bed, with huge stone bathroom with royal throne looking out to the wilderness. Tent looked out to Kilamanjaro, what a sight at 6 in the morning! Also had an elephant munching on grass in the afternoon but rangers on guard 24/7 to watch and move animals on as required, 100% safe, but awesome. Wifi was patchy, but fine for us as only needed at night to check flight details. View of animals at the water hole from gorgeous open aired restaurant. Extremely friendly staff and a fun bar. Lay back and casual atmosphere, great value and place to come back to after an exhausting day on safari.

We had 3 nights here and loved it. Dinner watching over the waterhole was amazing. Tents were very comfortable. The only problem we had was with drinks from the bar, please keep a list and get them to sign off on it otherwise you may pay more than necessary. Staff were lovely and food great

My family spent two nights at Satao Elerai and went on two morning game drives while we were there. In the late afternoon, we chose to visit a Masai village one day and go on a bush walk the next. Both were such memorable experiences that are not available everywhere. My son enjoyed dancing with the Masai and we were able to go inside one of their homes. During the bush walk, we learned about the indigenous plants and were treated to champagne as we watched the sun set when we arrived at our destination. The tents at the camp are very spacious and attached to a private bath with flushing toilet and hot water. The private veranda looks out at Kilimanjaro. Wi-Fi is on in the main area of the lodge when the generator is on, but it’s spotty. The food is very good and the staff friendly and helpful. The restaurant looks out over a watering hole. We had fun counting how many zebra, giraffe, elephants, etc. we saw during each meal.
