We arrived at 4.30am in the morning at Almaty airport. The hotel arranged taxi man was waiting for us at the airport on time. That was a good experience. (We did not speak Russian, so having a taxi arranged was important to us.) The rooms are OK, but price is good value. The hotel is located in a quiet area...

IT is a very nice hotel with very friendly staff. A very good SPA with 3 types of sauna and swimming pool. The staff is always ready to assist you. Small but tidy rooms. The only disappointment was too much salty meat (beef, chicken) during all my 4 days staying in Almaty. Close to the hotel (5-6 min walk) is...

This hotel is build by the old soviet standards: room quality and amenities are poor. Do not expect much of a service, food quality. Okay as Bed, but skip a breakfast, because there are several good coffee places in the neighborhood (Biskvit or Coffeemania)

The hotel is located in the downtown, close to shopping areas and restaurants. With busy traffic in Almaty this is important. The hotel seems to renovated recently, rooms are small but clean. Breakfast is excellent (included into the price). Another advantage is free access to Bali Spa with pools, saunas, massage and fitness room. I would recommend this place for...

There are two different points: hotel building, street, surrounding area are really modest, but hotel's room is really large, clean and comfortable enough. Bathroom is also very large. TV channels choice is poor.My room had balcony, but street noise (tram!) and view from balcony was not very impressive (see picture).Plus there is no elevator. So, if you prefer large room...

I have been here for 4 nights. The rooms are big enough and clean. The SPA is beautiful: it has a nice swmming pool/ steam bath/sauna, but the best thing is the smallest swimming pool that has an Amazing Hydro-jet which is simply great for relaxing. The Gym is quite small but it nice. They provide you with anything you...

Stayed here in September. The hotel itself is ok centrally located in Almaty. The rooms are ok not great but fine. The service was a little shaky but not unfriendly more like just clumsy. I got a hotel car and it was extortionate so beware if getting a taxi. There was wifi but again a little shaky
