Top hotel, great garden view with a nice terrace. Great and fulfilling breakfast. Good bath, strong wifi signal and a minute walk to a shopping mall. I would surely stay there again. They have some souvenirs from the Italy team during the 2002 World Cup.
Stayed here during biz trip in Sendai. Such a lovely place. It is located in Izumi Park Town which has outlet stores as well. Surrounding environment is so quiet and peaceful. Stayed at Luxury Twin room which has great view of Garden. Enjoyed the cool wind from the terrace window. Breakfast restaurant was the best part of the stay. You can also enjoy your breakfast at the table beside of the garden. It was great great breakfast experience. So peaceful. I have almost forgot that I am in Sendai, the big city in Tohoku area.
Tasteful rooms, nice decor, quiet and elegant setting with garden. Breakfast buffet was the best, followed by coffee and waffles outside on the lawn. Easy to access Sendai city with a short drive by car.
This Majestic Property amidst beautiful Garden with good shopping & premium outlet next door , rooms with great view, friendly , helpful & efficient staff, sumptuous b’fast was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed. Shuttle to Izumi Chuo & Sendai station is very convenient. Walking around to see Sakura Lane under snow was very Unique ! We thouroughly enjoyed our 3 nights stay on our family Sakura Blossom viewing trip !
Best hotel I had visited, paying, attention to every detail from decor to service: rose pedal honey hot drink served at lobby + ebathroom supplies from well known Paris brand;above all price is unbelievable for the value. Beautiful surrounding with garden & new outlet shopping in vicinity. Only drawback may be bit out of way from town center requiring ones with auto as we have. For ones who had been to Tokyo & Kyoto, Sendai & other secondary cities are well worth the visit at half the price.
Far from public transport. Has regular shuttle to Sendai station. But limited schedule. Relaxing environment. Good breakfast. Veggie juice! No toast. Has cereal, yoghurt, milk. The salad has seaweed. Pit fruit on a platter even grapes peeled. Nice presentation. Bike tour only on Saturday, with advance booking only. Bedroom size small. T.V. has one English news channel. No ironing facilities. Spray bottle of fabric refresher instead. Coffee is mini bar item, you need to pay. Tea or Japanese tea with creamer free. Air purifier. Next door to the outlet mall. Only open till 8pm. Another mall Taipio opens till 9pm.
Beautiful interior Great breakfast and dinner High service level Great garden view from lounge and room Nearby attraction: Next to Izumi Premium Outlet There is shuttle service between hotel and Sendai station.
I went on the cycling tour organized by the hotel. The ride was extremely relaxing, augmented by the scenic views of the countryside. The final destination of the trail, Komyo waterfall, seemingly untouched by tourists, made me feel like I discovered my own private waterfall. Although the ride was 25 km long, the fresh air, and warmth and hospitality of the staff, as well as the locals at the farmers market we stopped at, left me feeling reinvigorated. I’d definitely recommend it as a serene weekend getaway.
When you're given lemonade in a champagne glass when you check in and there's a little rose petal floating in the drink you know they're trying. It doesn't go unnoticed. My only complaint is that there's no elevator from the parking garage to the hotel. You have to climb stairs. Not wheelchair-friendly, the parking lot. Drop off luggage and everyone in the car at the front entrance. Otherwise you have to carry everything up two flights of stairs.
This is a nice hotel located right next to the Izumi outlet shopping mall. It is a very popular place for weddings and is very well taken care of. They have a great package deal, that has a lot of extras that really make the hotel a great place to stay. Upon check in, they offer you a welcome drink, always something nice to receive. Also part of our package gave us access to the lobby lounge offering free drinks, coffee tea, and many nice small desserts, like macaroons, cakes, chocolate danish etc. Later, in the evening there is a happy hour with free wine, beer, all while listening to live music. In the morning, breakfast has a very large selection of both western and Japanese foods, with chefs on hand to make omelets as you like them. The room is big and very clean and comfortable. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to visitors.…
