I stayed here for onenight. A bit far from Sendaistation than other new hotels. Althow this hotel is famouse for restrant and wedding party. Facilities are not so new but clean bed is large enough. Especialy breakfast is excellent, many Tohoku foods are served. I love Ishinomaki fried noodle with mabotofu. Suprisingly scramble egg is good. It cost 1,800 JPY,... More

Dear Hiroshi317-sama. Thank you very much for sharing your experience at Sendai International Hotel. We are very delighted to hear that you were able to have a great time. Our breakfast has a very high reputation. The reason is because we have a "breakfast improvement meeting" held every month with our staff, chef, and our GM. If you have any... More

I was forced to rescheduled my trip twice due to my work. However, the reservation staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped me to re-book my stay quickly. On the other hand, the location is pretty good. It takes about 5 minutes to reach Sendai Station. The route is very easy to access. There was a drawback about the... More

One thing that defines Japan for me is the way bacon is served in the better hotels. Crispy or not is a usual choice around the world, but it is the refusal to allow crispy bacon its natural path that is extraordinary in Japan. Each piece is flat and straight, regimented into looking splendid on the plate. The ordered Japanese... More

We stayed for two nights. The highlights were location, staff professionalism, cost, and wifi access. Downsides were room size, age of rooms, and fact that room temperature cannot be regulated. The last issues is one prevalent throughout most large hotels in Japan. Sendai itself was great!

As with most Japanese hotels, the rooms are very cramped, ditto for the bathroom. I wondered how a large size European would fare in the bathtub, which was really quite cramped. Limited television channels, only one English channel. The air conditioner was very stuffy, only heated air. Not everyone likes to sleep in a heated room even if it was... More

This is an excellent Hotel with english speaking staff. Rooms have big windows to have a view of the city very rare in Japan. Walking distance from Sendai Station and Bus stand. Nearby grocery stores and Malls are there for daily need. Room service is excellent. Front desk is very helpful and goes out of the way to help. I... More

I visited sendai in May 2013. The hotel was nice and clean. It's easy to access from Sendai JR. The hotel said about 5 min walk but I spent 10-12 min :P Anyway, the room was clean and provided facilities e.g., hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap etc. Staffs were friendly and spoke English well.

This luxury hotel is situated downtown within walking distance from the train station and central shopping district. I had a double room which was relatively spacious and included free internet although I was told that rooms on the seventh floor did not have wireless. Wireless speed was slower than desirable, but acceptable for email (and writing reviews for Tripadvisor!). Overall,... More

This hotel features "western style" rooms, but Japanese style food and hospitality. Excellent Japanese breakfasts were included in room price; the room itself had twin beds and a large, well appointed bathroom. Some desk staff spoke enough English to be very helpful in finding us bookstores, restaurants and attractions. One caution: don't have a nightcap in the lobby bar unless... More

The hotel is very modern looking. The rooms are very small but clean. The hotel is located about 5-7 minutes walk from JR Sendai Station. There is a convenience store located just outside the exit closest to the station. Some of the staff at the front desk spoke limited English. The front-desk staff seemed unorganized as one staff told us... More
