The location is great if you arrive by JR: it is next to the station. If you come by car, first park it in front of the hotel (the JR parking offers free stay up to 10-20 mins?). You can go in and ask where to park your car and leave your luggage. If use one of their recommended parking... More

The hotel is very good, with nice comfortable room and all amenities needed for a short stay. Front desk staff are friendly and very helpful. The room is bigger than other similar hotels in Japan. The hotel is conveniently located across from the Saga trains tation where you can catch a train to do a pottery tour around Saga. Very... More

It was an average Japanese business hotel, bu the location was fantastic. It was just a minute walk from Saga station. Nothing was very special, but nothing was bad either. The free breakfast was good enough and the coffee was surprisingly good. I would stay there again if I get similar deal, but there were some other budget hotels around... More

Convenient. Close from the station. The rooms are clean. Breakfast menu for buffet is not rich. I was not satisfied. But for now there is no problem. The location was so good. I was satisfied. There is a coin-operated laundry.

I will start with breakfast. Allow plenty of time as there is so much to choose you will want to try it all. Best I have ever had in a hotel. Staff are wonderful. Rooms are small but you are there to sleep not ballroom dancing! Very comfy bed. Has fridge etc and good bathroom. Great pillows. Don't play with... More

We had such a lovely stay in this hotel. Next door to station so it is handy for getting around the area. Rooms are compact as are most japanese hotel rooms but have everything you need. Breakfast is included and there is a wide variety of foods, both hot and cold. The best thing though was the staff who were... More

We chose this spot, so we could access Nagasaki for a full day by JR train, and not pay huge room rates. It was right beside the Shinkansen Station. Basic small rooms, pack light and small. Very clean. Great service, attended our every need. Breakfast included, great choice of western and Japanese items, not the same every day, fruit, yogurts,... More

Clean hotel, looks like a new. 100m to the train station but you can't hear any noise in the room. Free Internet access (WIFI) and free breakfast. Tooth brush, shampoo etc provided for free as usual in Japan. Reception staff has good english skills. Good idea for a short overnight stay as it's cheaper than business hotels on bigger train... We were a little concerned about our impending stay at the Comfort Hotel Saga because the cost (9000 yen per night for 2) was very cheap compared with other hotels and we felt this may affect the quality of the place. We need not have worried. It was brilliant! Our room was much larger than we expected with 2 large... More

This is a new hotel, and my room was clean, very attractive, and well-designed. The hotel is right next to the train station, which is very convenient. My room had lots of light for reading, and a plasma TV. It was really quite pleasant. The hotel provides a free breakfast, standard for Comfort Hotels in Japan. I made my reservation... More
