10 minute walk to Miebashi station and a 5 minute walk to Tomari port. The hostel is incredibly dirty and messy. When you come in the door, you almost fall over hundreds pairs of shoes. I said in the female dormitory for one night and it was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was in a terrible condition, wouldn't recommend to have...

"Funky" is every way: the positive travelers will say it is soulful and has character. The others, less kind, will say it is dirty, messy and smelly. The location, few minutes walk from the ferry terminal, is ideal when you arrive late from the airport and leave early for the Kerama's island, which me and my friend did. The staff...

just two words:never again. We stayed there just for two nights and even that was more than enough. There were hair all around futon and sheets weren't clean,a bad smell can be felt since you go inside the guesthouse and all around rooms. And the worst part were toilets..omg...they looked like none had cleaned them since a long time...so bad..trust...

Good location, very close to Tomari port, and an easy (flat) walk to the nearest monorail station. We found the guests friendly and approachable. BUT, its definitely a second rate backpackers. The dorm rooms are banks of timber boxes, each with their own curtain for privacy. Bring earplugs if you aren't a sound sleeper. The common room and kitchen are...

Terrible experience. Woken up at night because of fleas (yes, plural). Looks like it has never been cleaned properly! Certainly not up to Japanese standards, or even any standards. I don't know how it got so many good reviews, but I WOULD NEVER SLEEP THERE AGAIN!!! Don't make my mistake. Just book some other place. Dorm is basically made of...

As said in previous review. Nobody really cares and the atmosphere is pretty roots. I was with my partner so we took a private room. It was OK until one of the night a group of Japanese guests came back drunk at 2am and decided to go on partying in the guesthouse until 5... Clacking doors and all the noise...

This guesthouse is chill, all the staff is chill, but nobody really cares, it seems like a party all the time, but no work:) When you enter you have to go across 50 pairs of shoes, sometimes it is really hard to find yours. Rooms are really crowded, beware of getting a bed in the hall, you wouldn't get much...

The hostel is very dirty, there is hair all over thr beds, sheets not clean, grime in the bathroom sink, which there was only 1 of. The only toilet and sink were both blocked, which isn't great when shared with 26 other people in the dorm. The staff were completely useless and didn't even show us to our room. The...

I booked a private room from their website (using their format) but they separated us to sleep in the dormitory when we arrived. Although the vibe at the 1st floor was really nice but the whole female dormitory wasn't quiet enough during night, people came in and out all the time, some even checked-in in the midnight that brought more...
