We stayed 2 nights in Hotel Gracery Naha knowing that it is newly opened in Naha. The hotel room (for 2A2C we stayed in triple room which was a corner room right where loft lobby is) was not spacious but tight in space (luggage space limited if u have many). However space was well used and very functional. We loved the fact that it’s new hence its very very clean, the interior design is updated to the needs of the current times compared to some really old hotels. The Tv and the associated desk was not as deep as the old traditional hotel ones. This saved a lot of room and space for movement. The moment we stepped in, we are greeted by the wash basin on the left. Towels, bathrobes, toothbrushes are placed neatly below the wash basin shelves. On our right, is the bidet; separate shower room with the bathtub and shower are - very typical Japanese bathroom setting which we totally loved. There is no wardrobe - not that we needed one. Instead an open concept was in place with a couple hangers which is enough for us since we weren’t wearing big coats and such. The space below this hanging area we stowed our cabin luggage. A sliding partition segregates the sleeping area from the wash area. - another feature we find interesting. The triple bed was placed in between the twin beds. A small round table with two small chairs are tucked neatly in the corner of the room. Three bottled water was complimentary too and we appreciated it a lot. Our medium luggage was neatly stowed on left of tv. The street noise was not too loud and so our rest were not disrupted. We arrived by car and knowing the carpark next to the hotel charges very high fees, one of us checked into the hotel first then received the directions to park at another carpark (Times 24h) a few streets away. We unloaded our luggage at the lobby first before parking the car at the lower rate carpark. The hotel gave us a coupon to use for parking at that carpark. - Thank you! Location of the hotel was really good. There is Sapporo drugstore, hedgehog cafe, restaurants, combinis among many other souvenirs shops littered along the streets. Thank you Hotel Gracery Naha for our wonderful stay in Naha.

Location was good in the busy Kokusai-dori Street shopping area and 7 mins walking distance to the Yuri Monorail train from Airport. But my stay was turned sour when my twin room booking was changed to a single twin room which my wife disliked. The Reception staff was impolite to my request by simply ignored my complaint without action. In fact when I checked in I found two empty twin room next door and yet they refused to offer to me.The breakfast was ok.

I stayed in the hotel for three consecutive nights with family. The hotel is perfectly located and surrounded with places to eat and a Lawson just at the hotel main entrance. It has its own car parking lot but with limited no. of spaces. Rooms are new and clean. Beds are supremely comfy. We booked three rooms: semi-double, twin beds and three beds. Among all, twin beds is the most spacious. The staff are very helpful and can communicate with English. Will definitely pick this hotel again in the next visit to Naha.

This hotel is great for the location is very central especially on Kokusai-dori and just a short walk from the Ryubo department store and Yui monorail. Upon arriving into reception late after a tiring day (getting a bit lost as my gps wasn't working well that day) I was greeted by a lovely lady who attended the elevator area (reception is on level 1). The ambience of the hotel was really nice and from the interiors you can tell it is quite new. The room itself is a bit small but not surprising for a standard room and I was travelling solo so it was alright. They had a big HD tv which was great to watch shows on and some nice views from my room too. Thank you to the same lady who greeted me on arrival as she also helped me with my heavy luggage on my way out! I do highly recommend this place for the location, service and a very good rate!
