I found the location excellent between the two rivers. Walking early morning was great to visit the castle on the one hand side and the local shrines on the other side. Dining room was good with choices of Japanese breakfast but also croissants and jam. Coffee was good. Room was done beautifully with attractive cushions, pleasant colors. A bit disturbing is the fact you need to be near the reception for Internet. This happens often in the smaller hotels.

You would be scared by the horrible scene of the corridor when you walk out from the lift, but when you open the room door you will be attracted by the view of ishigaki from the great balcony, the room was quiet big and clean although its appearance has a little bit worn out. not only convenience just 1mins walk from bus stop but also 24hrs shop and restaurant around the hotel ,what's more? their friendly staff had impressed us much, Miss Makoto Miyara in especially she can speak well English and very helpful, she helped us to make a phone call to book a car and arrange a local tour for us with all smiles everytimes. strongly recommand!

This hotel is in the city's center, just a few steps away from the traditional shops and restaurants. The bus station and the port are also close by. However I would not recommend it because rooms are in bad conditions. PROS - Staff extremely nice and helpful, really wanting to go the extra mile for the client - Location - 2 PCs with internet available for free in the lobby (+ free wi-fi) CONS - Rooms are run-down: carpet in room was old and dirty, and there was always a smell of humidity and smoke - Breakfast very poor for Western tastes
